whats you favorite plastic to use on a T-rig/tips for fishing a T-rig (texas rig)?
I use weights on tubes, brush hogs, and worms. I go weightless for flukes and senkos in shallow water, and rig them with a heavy weight in deep water.

What kind of area would you work a jig from shore?
I'll throw a 1/4 or 3/8 ounce jig around brush and timber if there is not a lot of weeds. If the growth is very heavy I'll throw a 1/8 ounce jig out as far as I can and swim it back.

fish kills after hurricane
Been wondering the same thing around here. Some of the lakes and ponds are low on oxygen and with the 3-7 inches of rain we got from Ike, we could get some nasty fish kills.

Which do you prefer?
I use spinning for fishing t-rigged small, light plastics. When I use a C-rig or use a t-rig with a heavy weight then I'll use a baitcaster.
