  16. Thanks for the update... so the problem is loose fitting lock-out connection of the brakes and that can be identified upon inspection at purchase time? oe
  17. Have I missed the discussion on this board concerning the self-engaging centrifugal brake blocks on the Revo3s? It seems I'm finding mention of it on several other boards... How much of a problem is it? (if any) oe
  18. Allstar rods (sold only through Academy Sports & Outdoor stores) has a 7' 6" med/mod spinning rod for 50.00. oe
  19. ???... I toss the #9 & #11 on casting tackle without problem. I'm not successful working them as one piece jerkbaits, but rather pull them several feet at a time letting them sit for several seconds between pulls. Steady retrieve will work, but not to the same degree as shorter intermittent pulls with the rod. Your mileage may vary... oe
  20. My experience: St. Croix powers are heavier (more powerful) than the same rated Fenwicks. The lure weight range you intend to fish is not especially light. I would suggest (as Raul) you go the M direction. oe
  21. The Abu Revo3 Winch has a dual braking system. Anyone have one??? Several of the reviews complained about the centrifugal brakes self-engaging which choked off the cast. oe
  22. Sometimes you just get a feeling that you'd be better off not dating that girl... oe
  23. What are some of the older baits in your collection and how old are they? oe
