I just got two young Mountain Curs yesterday. The male is off of the NC state champion, and the female has a good pedigree as well. If I've got enought sense to train them, I'll be eating a lot of squirrel-pot-pie! 8-) Anyone else have any experience with squirrel dogs? I've only trained labs before, so any tips would be appreciated.

Maybe take it to a cell phone place and see if they can pull some information off of it. :-/

I've never had a problem at the NC or VA DMVs, unless I didn't have my mess together. In Eastern NC, we wait longer for a double cheesburger and an order of fries from McDonald's than we do with a DMV transaction.

A few weeks ago I was flipping through the channels and came across "rasselling" and paused for a second. That second turned into about 15 minutes of laughing harder than I had in a long time. It wasn't so much the poor actors that had me rolling, but the fans. Those folks were so into that stuff it was like they were feeling every fake punch and orchestrated flop. :-X

I think you answered your own question. The defenders are going up against the "biggest, strongest, fastest football players in the history of the game." Some of the offensive players today are just downright, well, offensive in the hits they deliver to the defenders.

Hey Dock Master, I guess we can all agree on one thing.....the ACC is THE BEST basketball confrence. So far in this thread Duke, State, Wake, and that powder blue team are the only ones mentioned. : Oh yea, and GO DUKE!!! ;D

We buy tickets to go watch the games. We buy $3 Pepsi's and $4 Hotdogs at the concession stands. We buy hats, shirts, flags, and bumber-stickers with the team logo on it. With those purchases we help fund the recruitment, coaching, training, building of playing and practice facilities, and all of the equipment it takes to play the game. We invest in the game for the privilidge of saying "We won!" And, we do it because we love it.

You're right, that is "ha" worthy. The only thing "better" Weis has going for him than Willingham is his ability to get an abserd contract before proving himself. Willingham started off 8-0 his first season, then had a couple of bad years, and was dropped. Weis had a couple of good seasons, got offered the contract of the century, and the last two years has went 3-9 (my personal favorite year of ND football!) and 6-6. Ya'll would have been better off keeping Ty, but as a non-ND fan, I LOVE CHARLIE WEIS!!! 8-)

I agree with the #2 assessment. I'd even take it a step farther and suggest that the "something" he's missing is discipline.

and, at halftime, even the tide's tripping on their toes. Mark Ingram has tripped for 246 yards (more than the total yardage of SC), over 10 yards per carry, and a touchdown SO FAR. I think Alabama will survive this one.
