  1. ff15, I hope to be in the parking lot at the lodge or marina before 9 AM on Sat. Will PM you my cell #. I will be in a Silver Tundra pulling a Black boat that is bigger than the truck. Kelley
  2. I have taken notice!!!!! I want to thank Greg and Deb for their generous offer they have made to me. Kelley
  3. I prefer 13 inches and under. You are not destroying the larger fish and are just better tasting. I grew up in Eastern Kentucky in a very economically depressed area. My father had a good job(they were few and far between) and it was not a necessity but we ate what we grew, hunted, and almost any fish we caught. I have found that old habits are hard to lose. Kelley
  4. Must be a '#e!!" of a road. Kelley
  5. Don't worry about it Pat, My boat has a front deck bigger than the first boat I owned. Plenty of room to Break Dance just don't break my lights off. Kelley
  6. Before Burley sets my hair on fire I must fessup. Now to reveal my honey-hole. 4 years ago I had a 3 acre pond built on our property. These are the first fish taken out. I need to thin the herd some so as not to get over populated and stunted. The ones caught were butterballs full of small bluegill and fathead minnows. the females were developing eggs and the males melt. Water temp was 52* so was cold enough that these fish were really good. Kelley
  7. UM_UM GOOD. Walked in the door this afternoon and my wife said "I would like some fresh fish for dinner". Went to a place I know well and caught 8 bass between 10 and 13 inches in about 30 minutes. Brought them home, filleted them, introduced them to hot oil and had a wonderful dinner with fried potatoes, salad, and Bass fillets. I am now sitting in my recliner, stuffed, with a smile on my face. Going to have to do that again sometime soon. Kelley
  8. I too would get the Sahara. Not a Shimano Castingreel fan(ABU Posse) but like their spinning reels. Kelley

  18. I also have a Locker bar. I think it might slow the thief down but not stop them if they wanted your stuff.
  19. I would not keep any bass over 4lbs. For every bass you keep you need to take out 7 bluegill to balance the food chain.
  20. I was at the 1st and 2nd trips. I think there were on 10 0r 12 of us at those two. I am sure LBH can probably tell us how many.
