  1. I will be buying one in the future. Its a Shimano, its worth it.
  2. Priorities: 1. Work 2. Ship rod and reel to Ninja 3. Fish the Chronarch 50E.
  3. A good 7-7'6 rod in MH or H depending on how stout the company makes the rod is good. No need for these specific rods that companies make for $400.
  4. Abu? Lews? What are you nuts? You dont know me too well do you? Lol
  5. BPS bound this afternoon with the $200 in gift cards I got from the family yesterday. Didnt have the money for the Veritas rod, so the Citica E is now mounted on a MH Lightning Shock rod I had. The Citica E is now my spinnerbait rig, and the Chronarch 50E is mounted on a MH Sellus rod with 50# Power Pro for my soft plastics. Cant wait to try it out tomorrow.
  6. Good stuff, got to love those $1.00 Costa Rican spinners. I own about 30 of them, great for Snakeheads.
  7. Its nice to have the shock and water proof due to thats how my other camera was ruined. Taking pictures when your hands are wet, or raining. I feel very comfortable now taking pictures in any situation. I dont really pay to much to the pixels, I think this has 12, but I dont even know what that means, lol. Im a longevity guy, so I want my stuff to last a long time. Thats why I fish Shimano, lol.
  8. Im with Skeletor about buying the right reels now, and not replacing them down the road. In that case I would just get the Shimanos now, I joke I joke, I kid I kid. I would be looking into AT LEAST the Tourney Speed Spool.
  9. Braid is going to be the best to help with line twist and knots. If you dont want to use a braided line, then you should look into the YoZuri Ultrasoft. I would stick to something that is smaller than a 10# dia. The good thing about the YoZuri is that it has a stronger break strength than its rated.
  10. OK. I saw that post on here somewhere. Ill check it out.
  11. I dont know about the Falcon micros, but the Abus have issues.
  12. I think they are around $400.
  13. My wife bought me a great camera for my 30th Birthday. Olympus Tough One. This thing takes amazing pictures (see A day with LMG in Fishing Reports), also shock resistant, and water proof. Check it out!
  14. No micro guides, too many problems, and dont see any advantage to them. Deffinatley no online ordering, chances of recieving damaged product too high.
  15. 13" Culprit is the only worm I fish. All different colors depending on water. 1/16oz bullet weight and a 5/0 EWG hook Trigged. Always produces when the need for speed has died down.
  16. Either way. And yes they are good trailers. I keep all my old beat up plastics, and experiment using them for trailers and other things.
  17. Thats a lot of baits you are losing, especially worm baits and hooks. Are you rigging them weedless? Is the hook deep enough in the worm so that it doesnt come out? When you get a little hung up, dont pull hard at first, just let the line go slack, and give a little twitch. This will sometimes either help to free the bait, or help to hop it over what its getting caught on.
  18. Had a great time, and was great getting to talk 1 on 1 with you. Really appreciate the hospitality you gave me, and hope some day in the future we can cross paths again. Anytime you come to my neck of the woods I would be more than happy to show you around. Thanks again Scott.
  19. Not the jig itself, I just peg a weight in front of the jig to punch pads and mats.
  20. Try some YoZuri 12#, better sensitivity and manageability. Fluoro style lines sink, and are more abrasion resistant than mono.
  21. yeah I know. Im saying that your just wasting money in buying tungsten bullet weights for texas rig, just use lead for those lighter weights.
