Sounds like a great day packman. If you have a setup that you can dedicate to frog fishing I would spool it with braid. ( I use 30# Fireline Fusion ) Especially since most frogging is done in the slop... Dont give up. At least you know one of her hangouts now!

My only feedback would be to not drag the fish up on the shore like your first one. Its not good on their slime coat and could potentially KILL them.

Ive had waaaay better luck on rubber worms than senkos. Senkos are poor quality plastic and they tear up too d**n easily. I think the reason people catch so many (small ones) fish on them is because they have a sense of confidence in them, even before using them, because of all the hype they hear about them. You just need to be more patient with what your trying now...maybe slow down with your worms or try different colors. Good luck!

I would hit the other dock with the wake break close by. If its floating like you say then they should be stacked up under there all day. Cast as close as possible with some topwater around sunrise. Otherwise I would do what the other guys said. Those docks both look pretty promising. Good Luck!!

I agree with clacker. Search for "frogs" in these forums. Its not that we are giving you a lazy answer but theres just ALOT to cover. From hooksets, presentations, locations and types of frogs. Theres lots of good threads on frogs fishing here. Also check out the bassresource videos on youtube on "How to fish with a frog". good luck. Topwater is awesome! I find myself using them when they probably wont be very productive just because I wanna see that topwater explosion...Im addicted. lol

The first time i used my quantum BC tour edition I didnt backlash at all. Was out for about three hrs. The next day was windy and was a different story...lol. Not all BC'S are created equal. Great skills follow quality training...good luck!

Im curious about this as well. I posted almost the same post a while ago and it was moved (for some unknown reason) to fishing reports....lol. Never got a clear answer...Im guessing its mostly to do with oxygen levels.

I all know is they are some "finicky" fish. Maybe they take longer?...

Ive got a bunch of Terminator Titanium and Stainless Steel spinners and they are high quality spinnerbaits. Ive never had ANY of the issues you mentioned above. I buy them because the swivel is very high quality. One little flick and the blade looks like it has a motor driving it. I think you got a rare defect. It happens...Return it for another.

I spary that stuff everywhere. Reel, rods, lures... The water just beads up and falls off. Its cut my cleanings way down. Nothing sticks to my reel anymore. A quick wipe and some oil and Im good to go. No more cleaning for a half an hour with q-tips.

It will bounce back bro. We had a major fish kill in one of my fav. spots a couple yrs ago. Everything is back to normal now. Fish kills have been happening to every body of water since the begining of time. Dont let it get ya down. Maybe find another spot to fish the rest of the season. Whos knows, it may be your new fav. spot...

We have alot of those fish in that last pic around here. They fight like hell but most anglers kill them cuz they eat the bass... ;-)

Nope. Not kidding at all. Its not a simple vaccination. You obviously overlooked all the side effects that were listed. Like COMA, DEATH, DEATHLY HIGH FEVER. To name just a few of the serious ones. As far as them not getting rich on it, think again. Rhino said they are routinely given for puncture wounds. How many people, nation wide, do you think are given vaccines on a daily basis?? I dont know about you but Id rather have lock jaw for a bit than be in a coma because I "might" have tetanus.

Lets not forget the side effects of the vaccine!! Vomiting, fever(105+!), seizures, coma, long term seizures, lowered awareness and DEATH, to name just a few...sorry but Ill take my chances. Im an Industrial Construction Worker and have had too many cuts and burns to count. Ive got the scars to prove it. Ive NEVER gotten a tetanus shot for any of my injuries. Still here. No lock jaw. Tetanus is VERY serious and potentially deadly, but also very rare. Docs give out shots like the say every "bad" kid has ADD. Its a simple do-nothing diagnosis.

I do not practice medicine....Never said I did. Read closer next time. I was merely commenting on how you actually become infected (once again, read closer). Doctors give the shot when there is no chance of the Tetanus infection "just to be sure". They over prescribe it just as they do anitbiotics. Neither are free or cheap. Of course that doesnt matter. The drug companies will quit giving "kickbacks" to docs if they quit selling their drugs You can believe w/e they say if you want but you'll probably be the guy who ends up getting some surgery you dont need because "the doc said so" and have a lifetime of side affects and complications.
