  6. I know quite a few guys and ice fishing circles around here use 500 and 1000 size spinning reels for ice fishing with light braid.
  7. You want the DX702 here's a super good review of it: http://forums.tackletour.com/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=29703
  8. if i remember right, it's usually Megabass, shimano, Gloomis and a few others. If you call in your order though I believe you can get the product discounted via a phone call. I found last years list: Daiwa, Eastaboga Tackle , G. Loomis, Jackall, Koppers, Lucky Craft, Reaction Innovations, Roman Made, Shimano, Simms, TroKar, TW Gift Cards, Under Armour, Wright & McGill and Zip Baits
  9. i've been using 1000 size stradics for years that have haphazardly hauled in 25+# catfish and carp on 6-10# braid and/or 7# fluoro in both deep and shallow water. I prefer the small, compact size on 6'8-7'1 ML rods. Drag has never given out or been an issue for that matte. i don't have line twist and unless i was wanting to cast a "country mile" for no reason, a 1000 size spinning reel will cast plenty far. A 1000 size stradic is well beyond adequate for bass fishing,
  10. hair jig fish it unbearably slow

  12. I've seen Raider's sister make a mad dash to the last call at an all you can eat buffet....I think that gives me an idea..

  19. You could save an overwhelming amount of space if you went /w a completly revamped tool bar. A horizontal tool bar below a logo or picture could be condensed down into something like "jigs" "hardbaits" "plastics" "jig kits" etc. Just make each option a roll over to a drop down. i.e roll over Jigs and a drop down menu appears /w your different jig types. you'll be able to get rid of the 50 or so products on your home page and condense them down into specific areas.
  20. I had a custom Blue Craw 702 Craw poured by Bick Baits. I haven't bought rage craws for a really long time because of those. The 702 is a great mold.
  21. Prayers sent Dwight
  22. OPS, Bizz baits, Bick baits, and I'm sure other companies all use a widely available injection mold-702 Craw made by I believe BTS molds and just rename it XXX Craw to suit their company. http://www.btsmolds.com/craw/702-craw
  23. I understand your position on wanting to save a buck or two. However, you're looking at a ~200$ reel that if bought next week during the sale would save you 40$. I'm not going to pretend like I know your financial situation because saving money when possible is great, but if jumping through hoops (buying a reel now so you can use it this weekend, returning it AFTER you used it, and then buying it back to save a few dollars) has crossed your mind to save 40$, perhaps you shouldn't be spending this money in the first place. Anyway you try to word it, what you are wanting to do is extremely unethical and shady towards TW. You can always call and ask if they will do it for you early but it's unlikely. If your CC will reimburse the difference, that's a great option.
  24. Nope nope no no nope 100% no no no
