I'm a big fan of the Team Lews Gold Carbon spinning reel, I have that and two symetre's either one will work

I was about to say split ring pliers are a must, makes it so much easier. I learned the hard way with the cheap split rings as well, d**n things wont close back after you open them. Glad you got some quality ones.

If you like Dobyn's rods, their 702SF is what I use for dropshotting and I love it. I have it paired with a Lews Team Gold, Its my favorite combo for sure, probably a little biased since dropshotting is my favorite technique. Thats just my 2 cents

The TW black friday sale got me... Didn't spend as much as I thought I would, but still spent around $350

Ive been using GST concrete sealer from Menards. Still letting the jerk and cranks cure but plan on testing them this weekend. Its suppose to be in the 70s here, probably one of the last weekends we will get that is nice for the year
