I am strictly a frog guy But my buddy on Instagram makes these wooden rat top water swim baits and people tear bass up on them, majority of them are night fishing but a lot catch them during the day too. He is working on a FL lizard, I want him to call it the FL Gator, that he is going to send me to test it out on these FL Big Bass. Can't wait to test that thing out, but the rats/mice do work for bass

Got a few baits on sale today at my walmart got a KVD 6xd for $1.50 and I got a shad rap for $4, bought 2, got few packs of owner offset hooks for $2 a pack. I spoke too soon how I never catch the sales I wasn't looking in the right spot lol

Hollow Body frog, KVD 1.5, storm swim shad, and pop'r are what my 5 biggest fish came one (2 on the pop'r) My buddy does a lot of night fishing out of Atlanta at the SAME spot behind a graveyard and all he throws are the Mann's 12" worms, just this year he has caught few 6- 7s, three 8s, and a 13.10!!! All on those worms all in the past 3 months, I told him to send the pics to Mann's they will probably have a sponsorship for him lol.

look like next time I'm in Orlando you are gonna have to put me onto this spot this time lol. Still can't get that canal out of my mind man! Perfect spot I definitely enjoyed my time there, some monster fish and I only fished the first 2 canals, there's like 6-8 I forget what I saw on google earth when I was there. I'd be jealous of your brother too if I were fishing with him lol, but your PB will definitely come from that canal or that other spot you just posted, number 1 rule there are always bigger!

I was at final weigh in today. Chris Lane took the event only needing 13oz to take over Dean Rojas for the final day lead. Alton Jones had the big fish of the day at 8lbs 3oz. Was cool I got to meet Brandon Palaniuk and got a picture with him. This event hoisted a few monster bass including two 10lbers, and a couple guys said they missed a few 10lbers too! Saint Johns River holds some monster fish.

I'm a bank guy so when I hit the bank I carry 2. Then when I am on my buddy's 10ft Jon boat I carry 3. Small load compared to most of you carrying 10+ lol. I usually have one rod with a crank, one with a soft plastic, and another with braid and a frog

Never been a frog with skirts kinda guy always liked my soft plastic hollow body frogs the best. My buddy from Orlando put me onto the booyah pad crusher jr's and I really like them. Going to throw them a lot more this season.
