  1. I'm sure they will catch some fish. At twenty cents a stick(50count bag @ $9.99) how could you be wasting your money? Green pumpkin/black flake would be a good choice.
  2. According to the flyer, prices are good in store only.
  3. Spinnerbaits.
  4. When people see you doing this, they will ask questions. But it diffidently works.
  5. The sooner the better!!
  6. You will be fine with one black and one white. Once the ice melts!!

There goes the peace and tranquility that a day on the water can bring.
  8. Using a 300 yd spool of braid. I can spool four reels (75 yards ea.) and depending on usage and proper rotation that spool will last two to three years. To answer the op, I will get eight to twelve uses when using backing.
  9. I average four days a week, three to four hours each day from the end of April to the end of October.
  10. Always buy and carry your fishing license.
  11. The exact line combo I used all of last year, except it was on a med/f rod. When I was Senko fishing. MH/F when t-rigging.
  12. As of right now, opening day for the LP of Michigan is 91 days from now, April 25th. I mark the time by drawing an x for each day on the calender. Kinda makes me feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning!!
  13. I wish I could just carry that much. I just finished paring down to, two and a half Plano 3600's with Senko's and imitators. Plus I carry a B.A.S.S. free tackle bag with plastics in it. I'm not sure I can do with much less!!LOL
  14. I use canned corn all of the time, with one additive. I put the corn in a seal-able plastic bag, add fruit punch to it and then freeze it. This gives the corn a different taste and look. Catches both carp and catfish.
  15. All of my orders this year have used the smartpost delivery system. I will admit, tracking them can be quite amusing in regards to how they get from point A to point B. But the bottom line is if they are delivered on time. So far each has been delivered ahead of schedule.
  16. Its a soft plastic stick bait. Durability is always a concern. I considered these last year, but choose to try the Netbait salt lick instead. This years experimental stick baits for me are the uvenko and BPS stickos. Using an Owner twistlock hook will help with some durability issues but not all. My most durable stick bait last year were the Big Bite Baits/Gander mountain trick sticks. Most productive, Senkos.
  17. Backpack is the way to go. You are on the way to a new location in no time. Keeps your hands free for rod carrying.
  18. Same here, except I substitute the boat for the bank. Out fished several bass boaters last year, much to their chagrin. LOL
  19. Here in Michigan for the majority of the state. Bass season opens the last Saturday in April and is catch and release until Memorial weekend. This is to protect the Bass population. Michigan DNR now has scientific evidence from other states disproving this theory plus the fact that the majority of Bass fisherman in the state practice catch and release, they are currently looking into modifying or eliminating a closed season for bass all together. Having said that I absolutely will target spawning areas but not the beds themselves. All of the professional tours have been fishing beds for years without any apparent ill effects on those lakes. I think the harm factor has been greatly reduced with today's catch and release mentality within the Bass fishing community.
  20. I caught hundreds of Bass last Summer using one bait. Is it realistic looking? Not to me, but the Bass obviously think it is. Senko's and all of its impostors all catch fish.
  21. A folding chair with strap, backpack and three rods. That's what I bring to the bank every time I fish. I do not fish from the chair, but it comes in handy when changing out lures and giving the old back a break. I can cover twice as much water in less time and still have a free hand. Try doing that with a bucket or cooler.
  22. 6'10" Med fast spinning rod, 15# hi vis yellow power pro with 12# red label seagar floro leader.
