fishing regulations
Actually we can now legally fish for Bass year round, we just can't keep them. January 1st to the Saturday before Memorial Day is the new Catch and Release season in most of the state. This is a tremendous improvement from no Bass fishing January 1st to mid April. Don't mean to rain on the party, just want to make sure nobody incurs any unnecessary fines!!

Tournament Rules: Let's Get Picky
Here in Michigan, any fish not hooked inside the mouth, is considered foul hooked and must be immediately returned to the water. B.A.S.S. tournament director Tripp Weldon pointed that out last summer when the elites were in St. Clair. According to him rules like that were needed in the dark ages and should not be on the books anymore. Several pros also complained about the rule during the tournament.

Temple Fork Outfiters?
I cannot comment on the casting side of their rods, I own the 6'9" medium spinning tactical series. This rod is both light and sensitive in my opinion. Fish the rod and see for yourself.

Senkos, Why Spend The Extra $ When Cheaper Out There
I'm in the weightless t-rig camp, 98% of the time that's how I fish em. IMO nothing compares to a senko when it is fished that way.
