Not to my knowledge. It's alot more dense than mono, copolymer braid etc so it sinks but the closet thing to a sorta floating fluoro would be a fluoro coated copolymer.

I have a friend at work that is trying to sell a G. Loomis rod. It's a 6'8" jig and worm medium xfast. It's a pretty good steal but I'm looking for a good top water rod. However I noticed on TW's site it's listed as being a good rod for lighter top waters. Has anyone used this rod for top water Popr's wake baits etc? How would this rod be for hard jerk baits? It felt like it would load a small bait really well. I would like to get double use as a topwater/jerk bait rod to save on some funds. Thanks in advance

Save it. It never expires. I am saving mine and building it up to get me an MGX or a Core next year

I've been really lucky with all 4 of my Veritas rods on the guide issue. You might try just bringing it into the dealer and see what they will do.

How much experience do you have with bait casters? If none, use the cheapest stuff you can find. When learning a BC, backlashes will happen and ruin line. You don't want 20 dollars worth of line being trashed. If you are good with one, I'd say Izor XXX in 15 pound or some Yozuri in 12-15

What's your core temp? You could have a small case of pneumonia. I asked my fiancé (RN) and she has never heard of being more susceptible to it after having it. If you had hypothermia there is a good chance you had pneumonia too.

Off the flea market here. Guy had 4 of them and I bought two. They were like new and came with the wild cards.

I have them on every reel, even my spinning reels. Even with fish slime only hands they don't slip. On a black and white combo, the black and white ones look freggin pimp!
