  1. I love using tubes. I have a ton of them on hand as I fish alot of tubes. They are kind of a pain to keep attached, but I take a black senko type worm and cut it into 1/2" pieces. Lube the cut up senko (one piece) with some attractant and slide it in. Then run your tube like any other trailer. Sticks really good and lasts about as long as your standard trailer. The action with a North Star Flip n Swim and the tail of the tube is killer. My favorite is a Mistake colored Flip n Swim with a black with red flake tube. Its like crack to a bass in these waters.
  2. you too? At 199.99 its gets fuzzy. 200 POOF!!
  3. The old silver and black 1/4 oz Rebel Pop R. That has produced more fish than any other bait n
  4. It's got pimp written all over it, but for that price, hell thats a truck payment and beer!
  5. I've never owned or tried one, but with the respect I have for the guys here that have them, I'd have no issues buying one. There are very well praised here.
  6. I've never noticed a difference in weight, for me it's all the look. What rod are you looking at?
  7. I would grab a new Gen 3 Revo Winch.
  8. It's gorgeous but with that money I could make a truck payment and have beer money!

  15. Good grab. You won't be disappointed. If you ever decide to upgrade or sell it, the flea market here is a great place. It will sell fast!
  16. Anyone have this? It's 6'8" medium with a medium fast tip. It's designed for top water. I'd like to make this my dedicated top water rod for Pop R's etc. I have one Crucial and its pretty sweet. Just wanted to get some feedback first. Thanks
  17. I edited my post with some more details. The above reel is a damned good reel. I have two and I dare find someone that will not agree its a quality reel. http://www.basspro.com/Bass-Pro-Shops-Pro-Qualifier-Tournament-Rod-and-Reel-Baitcast-Combos/product/1210200646593/
  18. How close do you want to stay to that budget? Like 130-160 close? If you want to stay right at 100 dollars then your best best is to go with the Bass Pro, Pro Qualifier. Dual breaking system, smooth, well built and has a proven track record of lasting. Right now Bass Pro has the Pro Qualifier combo on sale for 99 dollars. Rod and reel. The rod is ok, much better than what your probably using, but will do just about anything you need it to. Plus bass pro has a coupon code VISIT20GC. 20 dollar gift card for 100 dollars spent online. Have it shipped to your local BP and it's free. Take that 20 dollars and get some line. There are some great other set ups out there, but that by far with the sale and code has got to be the best out there right now.
