I just traded in an old junker pole and got a mojo bass spinning rod. The Mojo was marked 99.99 and they gave me a $20 discount. I also used a couple rewards I had and the cashier told me I could use any other coupon I could find but I didn't have any.

X2 on the Suffix. I started using it this winter and I've had zero issues.

I always try to fish into the wind. My thinking is the bass will be facing the current looking for an easy meal blowing into them. I try and look for some vegetation or a point that the current is traveling into and cast to keep my lure in the strike zone.

I was throwing a swim bait this winter when I snagged a 20lbs grass carp. I was worried it would ruin my 10lbs fluro but it all worked out.

I compete regularly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments so I don't totally put it on the back burner but my training does suffer over the spring, summer and fall months.

I currently use all Mojo's and love them but I really want to try a Powell Diesel and a *** rod out. Maybe one of them will be my next rod.

My son and I watch it. After watching the snakehead episode that's all he talks about when we go fishing. "Dad when are we going to catch a snakehead?"

I did the Warrior Dash which is much shorter. With the Dash there was a lot of waiting at obstacles and parking was terrible but it was a great time. A few of my friends did the Mudder and had similar experiences just on a larger scale I guess. But like I said it was a lot of fun and we had a great time at the Warrior Dash.

I think what happened at Ohio State is definatelt a lot less serious than what has happened at numerous colleges. (PSU, Syracuse, Baylor, Washington....just to name a few)

Mine is a little weird. I came across an old St. Croix Premier Musky rod for free so I use it for my flipping. I can't wait to get a real pitching rod.
