Sam is pretty much a living breathing bass fishing wizard!

My preference is action. Rage, chigger, and paca craws rocky my fishing world.
  12. My toughest lake to fish. Is Beaver Lake. My wife's family has a cabin on the water, and a fun skiing boat and a tiny 8 ft plastic boat to fish from. I cannot figure it out and catch much more than nice bluegill! What lake is the toughest for you?
  13. Never caught anything on poppers, though I usually don't use them, so that is the real reason!
  14. Does anyone wacky rig any "non traditional" baits?
  15. Gotcha, I use different types of weighted wacky jigs too, I even bought some great ones from BlueBasser last year!
  16. Thanks Franco, I have been experimenting with wacky rigging stick baits and finesse worms behind a traditional jig instead of a craw trailer......results are outstanding.
  17. Franco - Please elaborate!
  18. I have been getting into Flukes lately, I like them, but the packaging and deformed baits lead to boiling to straighten tails. My question is are there an alternative baits that offer better quality and can compete price wise with Zoom?
  19. Finesse means a down sized bait, thinner and shorter usually.
  20. Who has used them? What did you rig on them? I am planning on using a wide variety of baits, including rage craws, rage menace, chigger craw, senkos, and flukes.
  21. For me I start with zoom finesse, senko, ZinkerZ, used power worms without ribbon tail. What do you use on that wacked out rig?
  22. My favorite gift exchange of the year!!! I am in again!
  23. Before my wife and I got married she promised me that if the Royals ever made it to the World Series that we would go. Keep in mind I am only 29 and the Royals were in the middle of losing 100 games per season for the 5th straight year. Tonight she and I will make good on that promise and attend an event I truly never thought possible. Not only will we cheer for the Royals, but all the Royals fans who have been stuck in the drought of Desi Releford, Jose Lima, Mark Redman, Ken Harvey, Matt Stairs, and Tony Pena Jr. I know that I am truly a blessed man to have married such a wonderful woman!
  24. I am hoping to get some great responses on some KC (Kansas) area fishing spots for shore bound anglers, a few buddies and I are getting together this weekend for a little outing. Any suggestions?
