MH.. But if your throwing a 1/8 oz. weight plus a hook plus plastic and can only throw it 10 yds. you may have some operator error going on.

New Falcon Cara coming soon.
The old Falcon rods were made by Ark Rod in Harrison AR. They had nothing to do with Loomis.

Need help finding walk dog rod
I would agree. I have been using the All Star TWS forever. If you can find one they are a great rod but these days they bring top $. Mine is 6ft 6 with a Charcoal colored blank and maroon wraps. I would guess it's close to 40 years old.

What is the appeal of these new OG Slim cranks?

Table rock lake advice
Once get below Table Rock Dam and onto Taneycomo you are in the Trophy trout area and It run's down stream to Fall Creek . There is wading access right below the dam . There is actually a decent Bass population also once you get below Branson Landing and on down toward Powersite ( Bull Shoals ) dam.

Table rock lake advice
We should have some fish up by then. It's really dependent on water temps and once the nights get warmer. I would agree with Blues thoughts on baits and last year I still had a bit of a stickbait bite into the 60's.. We could go on about predictions but Table Rock can be very fickle . I would be very careful in a canoe .

Looking for a good Spinnerbait Rod
I used the IMX 783/843 for years without any complaints. I now use what I think is the best spinnerbait /buzzzbait and bladed jig rod I've ever had .The Witch Doctor Surman 50G. They are less expensive than a IMX and the action is perfect.

Wiggle wart?
I do fish them. I've accumulated dozens over the years. More than I'll ever go through is what I meant. Around here back about 10 years ago the going rate for the craw colors was about $100 a dozen . Now they've just gotten crazy as everyone knows.

Wiggle wart?
The brown and green craws either solid or the phantom's are about all I throw. Some bright red in the spring. I have more pre Rapala warts than I'll ever use but the new ones still work. I would look into the RK crawler also.

What is the appeal of these new OG Slim cranks?
East Tennessee is loaded with Balsa flatside crankbait makers. They have always been popular there and I guess having Ott DeFoe's name on one makes sense for Rapala. Over here we have a pretty small window where they will bite one but on the Tennessee river system they throw them a ton.

Anyone else using fluorocarbon for buzzbaits?
It won't hurt a thing . You've got the bait pulled tight with very little line on the water and if if you pause it it's going to sink no matter what line your using.
- What is Most Limp Fluorocarbon Line in The Market(Prefer Seaguar Brand)

Any Fans of Powell Rods
I had a pro staff deal with them some years back. I always liked them . That Diesel crankbait rod is a dandy and great deal at that price. Keith is one of the genuine nice guys in the business.

Sheesh, Kistler Heliums pop way up to $400
I'd love to hear your explanation of over priced . If you indeed did own one with crooked guides, which i doubt, did you call Trey and have them make it right or just talk about it to people who can't fix it ? Fanboy ? Most of my rods are GLoomis .

Sheesh, Kistler Heliums pop way up to $400
If your so put off by the price increase then don't buy one. Hell , Loomis had a price increase as well. You act like they should open the books for you to decide what they should charge for the rod.

Sheesh, Kistler Heliums pop way up to $400
You don't like Kistler Everybody gets it. Have you priced Torzites lately ? They are on the Xtasy and Conquest what do they cost ?

Sheesh, Kistler Heliums pop way up to $400
I dunno, I'm a bass fisherman . You could call Trey and ask him. TFO ?

Sheesh, Kistler Heliums pop way up to $400
What models do you own ? At list price they are still 70 or 80 bucks cheaper than a GLX depending on the model. I wouldn't pay list price, Kistler is forever running sales.

Sheesh, Kistler Heliums pop way up to $400
5 years is legit enough for me. The days of rod makers covering them no matter how you broke it are pretty much over. In 40 years of tournament and fun fishing I've broken 2. One was a Loomis IMX in the trolling motor bracket about 20 years ago. They had a over the counter exchange back then.

Sheesh, Kistler Heliums pop way up to $400
No More NFC blanks. The Helium and ZBone now share the same blank the Z Bone will still have Torzites I imagine. . My Heliums are 2020 models built on the NFC blank . I think they are on par with my GLX's and when they were on sale for $ 249 they were a steal. The KlX and Helium used to share the same blank the difference being guides and handle shape. They kinda switch the actions around a lot which I think was confusing but Trey has always made a great rod. Most people know to wait for Kistler to run sales . I recently picked up one of the new Graphite series rods in the 7ft. LMH. It 's a great little rod. It's not a NFC blank . Sorry, I can't agree the Zodias is a beautiful rod, and I've owned several of them.

Value of Kistler Rods with Black Friday Sale
The 2021 Helium and Zbone will share the same blank I would assume the Zbone will get Torzites. NFC has never been known for customer service so who knows what led Trey to make the decision to move away from them. I have one of 2021 Graphite series in the LMH that is not built on a NFC and its a great moving bait rod , at the regular price of $ 150 it's as good as any other rod in that price range I've ever fished and at $99 on sale it was a steal.

Wiggle Warts...help
The one that shall remain nameless ? Send me a PM..

Wiggle Warts...help
That is correct The RK crawler is a bigger heavier and deeper bait than the wart , Really 2 completely different baits. The curve has a different retrieve than either . There was a time around here when they would get off the wart and on a deeper bait usually the Deep Little N. The RK Crawler has filled that niche. If they are tight to the bank the Wart is still the better bait IMO. As they move out then it's time for the RK Crawler. Then there's a third that doesn't get talked about . Not every pre Rapala wart runs right , but the new ones don't sound the same no matter how good they may or may not run.

Wiggle Warts...help
Yep, The wiggle wart stamp is what you are looking for. The post Rapalas have Storm stamped under the bill. If they are repaints you usually tell by the seem where the 2 pieces are joined together on the original.
