  3. Hey guys, recently ive been fishing a small pond, about an acre in size and have noticed something i thought was kind of strange. When I first started fishing there, they wouldn't hit anything but senkos. (believe me, i tried everything else) The next time i went back, they wouldnt touch em so i used a brown trickworm and caught one fish. After the one fish (same day) they wouldnt touch any color trickworm again. Tried a craw type plastic (cant remember the brand ) and first cast i caught another fish. this continues with different baits everytime i go. I make sure i fish all around the pond before switching baits and have never caught the same fish twice so i dont think its the fish getting used to the bait. Anybody ever seen anything like this?
  4. nice stripers, if you dont mind me asking, where in GA are you located?
  5. Ive caught fish that have been caught and handled by dozens of uneducated fishermen, i dont think it has anything to do with an infection due to lack of slime

  8. We get those all the time at the local lakes I fish at, if im bass fishing i can count on catchin a couple frankestein head bream.
  9. Have that exact same yak, love it but youll soon see that it soaks your butt and the seat is uncomfortable. Gotta get some scupper plugs for it and what i did for a seat is i took one of the stadium seats with the back and some fittings that are used to screw pipes to the wall and screwed them around the bottom frame of the seat. it works great.
