  1. That is a tank! I started a thread a day or two ago displaying my best smallie....it was 19" but didn't have near the girth as yours....I was guessing mine was close to 4...
  2. I fished rivers within an hour of the New several times in the last week or two and caught smallies, spots, and largemouths.....didn't seem to be slowed down... Now the largemouth bite in still water lakes/ponds seems to have slowed quite a bit....cold fronts are the only culprits I can think of....or maybe it's just me...
  3. 19", maybe a hair more.....3.5-4lbs.....thing fought like a mule!
  4. Got this smallmouth a few days ago on a crank....
  5. Welcome to the addiction!
  6. River bass fishing is my favorite thing to do at this point.... If you think you aren't catching the number of fish you should be, change baits.....I throw cranks a lot....good luck!

  19. Are you sure they aren't warmouth or green sunfish? Commonly mistaken.....if they are rock bass, I'd be surprised....

  21. He was 10", maybe a little more.......but massive in height.....
  22. Light gear and a Rebel Big Hopper was all I needed today to capture my biggest bluegill to date! This thing fought like a champ!!! I've caught some nice panfish this year, but this one takes the cake.....it'll be tough but I hope to catch an even bigger be this year....this fish was a pie plate!!
