I will aslo chime in that a set of adjustable dumbells and a bench is plenty to do a good workout. Throw in a pull up bar and you will be set. I do the P90x and P90x2 workouts and you can definitely bulk up and get ripped if you so desire. They are designed to work out in your home and yes they are expensive but it is something you have forever and still cheaper than a gym membership for a year. I have a buddy that owns a few gyms and he always tells me that diet is 70% of the workout success equation. Lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, low sodium & processed sugars and limited other junk and you will see results much more quickly.

I picked up a pretty good dragonfly pattern in this batch that is made of foam so it floats really high on the surface and is easy to get the action of a dragonfly popping on and off the surface. Now just to find the time to get out there and use them.

I am not sure but it was all i used growing up on clear rivers and caught plenty of fish. I also use hi vis power pro with no leader and haven;t noticed a decrease in catching but i do color the last few feet with a sharpie.

3-4 days a week for 20-30 minutes will not get you bulked up in the least. To get bulked up you basically need to eat a ton and work out a ton. You will gain some weight by getting in shape and increasing muscle mass but to get bulked up is a completely different ballgame and will require probably triple the amount of time you are looking to spend. I am sure RaiderNationFisher will chime in soon enough....

Given that i don't have the space to tie i have gone down the road of ordering flies and i just got in a big order from www.sierratradingpost.com 19 dozen flies for under $180 shipped to my door and pretty much all of them are umpqua so the quality is good too. As much as i love tying flies you sure can't beat the price....i will post a pic as soon as i take a picture of them all Now to make some fly boxes.....

I don't think Harper has any heart....he has a big head and that's about it. Charlie Hustle always was looking out for his team and played the game as hard as he could every single play. I use braid for everything but i have been toying around with the idea of flouro or copolymer lines for one of my spinning rigs just to check it out. And i also use nraid for my cranking set ups in 8lb diameter and it does great and gets the bait deeper then when i had flouro on there.

Dude has had some bad breaks the past few years. One thing i do throoughly enjoy seeing is the Nationals tanking. Their attitude of "we can do it again" & "world series or bust" is not looked kindly upon by the baseball gods after having their first winning season since they were the expos..

I would treat them like most people do the Yamamotos.....use everything else (aka cheaper) when the bite is good and switch over to the real deal when the bite is tougher. I personally like zoom craws, speed and ultravibe for my smallie fishing.

This is odd because i actually find the tip to be larger than the others due to the three sided edge. I fish the trokars and stock up when they are on sale. I especially like weighted and unweghted screw locks for soft bodied swimbaits and frogs.

Recognizing the product is different than buying. 20 years ago it may have made a difference becasue you had ot go to a store to buy something but with the majority of people shopping or at the very least researching online a sticker is just a way to say yeah i like this stuff and want everyone to know about it.

I fish a small local flow here that is loaded with small spots and smallies and sunfish. I have lost or had baits ripped in half quite a few times over the years but last year i was out there for about 4 weekends in a row. On my last trip out i caught a smallie around 12' and i look in his mouth and there is a stickbait. So either he was one of the fish that chomped my baits in half or he ate someone elses trash. That is a great pic though, especially since it is the same color and everything.

so charging someone the price of the sticker means grabbing every buck they can get? the stickers and advertising doesn't just come free and the purpose of advertising is to get more business. I am not sure about you but i have never purchased soemthing because i saw a sticker on someone's truck before and unless you are sponsored and promoting products and promoting doesn't mean putting a sticker on your truck then you are not really helping them out in any way shape or form. It is kind of sad that character is defined as giving me free stuff because i asked for it....to me that sounds like money grabbing even if money isn't changing hands someone is losing out on the deal.

So you are looking for free stickers and are going to complain if you have to pay for them? Sounds silly to me. the only stickers i currently have on my jeep are a Phillies and an Eagles logo, other than that the only one i might consider putting on there is Sage fly rods but even that would be a stretch.

It will be hard though as Utley was drafted by the phillies and always plays hard and is having a good season overall. If they offer him 2 years 20M i would be fine but 2 years and 30M pat him on the back and say thanks for your time here. The phillies do have a pretty unique situation in that Rollins, Howard, Utley, Hamels and Chooch were all drafted by the phillies. That really doesn't happen to often in this day and age.

There are a bunch of ways to mount a go pro. Yakattack makes a mounting pole that you can mount by itself or use a ram ball to mount it to which provides more flexibility in positioning. http://yakattack.us/Products/Products.html My hero2 also came with a bunch of sticky mounts that work pretty much anywhere and are great for me on the kayak. I also know they make suction cup mounts too so that may be another option.
