I would bet a well balanced rod and the casting style used will have more of an affect on your shoulder. If you are bombing long casts with swimbaits or cranks it is going to be way more stress than say pitching or short casts with lighter weight baits.

I have owned mojos in both spinning and casting models and haven't noticed a difference in casting distance when comparing the same reels, lines and baits to my rage series which are micro guides.

Agree with everyone else and get it checked out. I have lower back problems very similar to hours but I'll spare the details. One thing that has helped me out a lot is making sure my hamstrings are nice and loose. Whenever they are tight it pulls on everything in the lower back and can cause problems. Good luck.

Haven't had the pleasure of this situation but I figure the responses should be good for this one..... I do have a similar situation with my ex.....we were on a road trip in my wrangler and we were in the middle of nowhere and she wanted to stop. I said it would be a little while she should just go out of one of the drain holes in the floor, completely kidding. I guess she found it to be a challenge and next thing you know she is on the floorboard squatting over the hole....cracked me up.

I store both mine outside with the coosa on the top rack and the commander hanging from that same rack with both being hull side up. I try and throw a tarp over them when I remember but I rarely go more than a week without heading out in one of the two boats so I just leave them uncovered. I know UV breaks down the plastic but I figure I will beat the crap out of/wear out the boat long before that happens.

I fish out of a kayak so I am somewhat forced to be semi organized. I carry 5 rods generally. 7'1" MF spinning, 6'8"MXF spinning, 7'MHF casting, 6'8" MHF casting and 7' MM for chucking cranks. As far as tackle goes I am not super organized but I have my boxes set up with basically 1 for top water/ frogs, 1 soft swimbaits, 1 terminal tackle, 1 cranks and two spinnerbaits boxes with the dividers cut out for bags of soft plastics. I also have a few spools of flouro for leaders if I feel like the braid is detracting from the effectiveness of a given presentation. Seems to fit the bill for me.

With baseball being such a long season fantasy is always a crap shoot early. Then you throw in notoriously slow starters like a Howard and then players coming off injury and you have your hands full. Bautista is intriguing though because the team got better so he may see some more pitches to hit but only time will tell. Opening day cannot come soon enough.

This year is as wide open as any i can remember. I wil lwait to see matchups before i can say who i think will run with it but this might be the year a mid major pulls it off ala Villanova from way back in the day.

SK 2.5 & the rapala clackin'crank and crankin rap with the latter two being my preference. I do think the SK have a little better snag resistance but I like that i can run the rapalas a little slower and get good action and the finish has held up better for me than the SK.

In addition to those there are also a multitude of rivers and creeks that you can wade around and catch some too. Powhatan lakes does have some huge crappie, I caught one that measured 17" out of there once

A better way would be any young qb who has some success rather than running QB. The difference is a mobile qb can last longer in the league because of their ability to keep plays alive when less mobile ones cannot. The league is changing and while your standard pocket passer is winning titles the more mobile style is getting there more often and it is just a matter of time before they win with more regularity. I am not a tourney fisherman but when I want to avoid the skunk I go with a fluke or a weightless Texas rigged stick bait and head for shallow vegetation. Of course that is summer time behavior but I seem to be able to always pull out one or two keeper size bass from a grass bed or lily pad field regardless of the time of day or weather.

I was out yesterday and had two bites and one brought to hand. The lake I was fishing decide to do some work on the dam so water leeks were down about 5' from full pool and really stained. The two hits were on a rapala DT10 fished very slowly and with my new BPS PQ in 4.7:1 it was barely moving enough to wobble.....on a side note I do like that reel so far.

Started week 2 and I can say that while I haven't lost but a few pounds my core is definitely being worked. My abs and other various muscles are sore but in a good way. I did go off the nutrition wagon for two meals, one a big burger and fries on Friday and some Mexican yesterday, back to it today though.

I prefer the 2.5 size myself too but since I switched over to the rapala cranking raps and clackin raps I don't throw them as much anymore.

That age is what used to call goldfish ball.....just like when you feed fish they all swarm to the food the same applies to a soccer ball and a bunch of 5 year olds
