  1. Then just do whatever you want. I have never seen a "know-it-all" such as yourself that doesn't have a clue what to do but refuses to listen to any advice. You literally shoot down every suggestion you get. If you are so good at tying your boat off then you don't need any help. Just do it your way and stop wasting everyone else's time. I can't believe someone who treats their boat so well would be so lazy as not to just pull it out every day.
  2. My driveway to the ramp is 12 min. I can leave work hook up the boat, change clothes and be on the water in less than 30 min. Not a numbers lake by any means, but there are good ones in there. Other than that, I have 2 good lakes about 30 min away and 3 or 4 more within an hour and another 4 or 5 within 2 hours. So I would say at least 10 lakes within 2 hours.
  3. I stopped playing fantasy sports when I realized the guys playing didn't give a rip if ol JB won or not.
  4. I bet the Hack Attack fanboys are losing their mind right now.
  5. It's saltwater safe, not a saltwater reel. If you like the MGL, you would like the G. I think the spool weighs like 2g more.
  6. Are you kidding? The Chronarch G is a great reel. I assume the reason you think it is for trout and reds is because it is saltwater safe? It is basically an MGL with a different spool.
  7. Hell, a BIC lighter works too. But I'm sure there are even cheaper options. Sorry I went with the big baller BIC. At least I didn't recommend the JDM Zippo.
  8. Hahahahaha!!!!!!
  9. There probably won't be much added here that you can't find anywhere else on the web. You just joined to ask this question and this information is all over the internet. You didn't say if you have MDI, MSI, 2D, etc. I'm guessing this is just a random question.
  10. I just took you as too old to be fertilizing eggs, guess not.
  11. I understand. My daughter can break a plastic spoon trying to eat ice cream.
  12. I'm not calling you a liar, but there is literally no way they just "broke" out of the plastic with normal use.
  13. https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Cuda_5_Braid_Shear/descpage-CBSC.html
  14. I thought the Berkley's were good as well, and they are. But then I bought a pair of Cuda's. No comparison, the Cuda's are hands down better.
  15. My choice would be the Shimano SLX combo for $149.99 at an online retailer.
  16. Does milk and bread just go good with cold weather or what?
  17. Take a look at some of the live scope mounts that are out there. I assume you would have to use something along those lines.
  18. I would do it the right way and not be lazy if I wanted to catch fish.
  19. Spinnerbait - Greenfish Tackle Ballistic HD (Sun Gill) Lipless - Spro Wameku (Delta Craw) Texas Rig - 1/4 oz pegged Baby Brush Hog (Green Pumpkin red flake) Squarebill - Booyah XCS (Rayburn Red) Swinging Jig Head - 3/8 oz Reaction Innovations Sweet Beaver (Low Blow)
  20. Well, I am kind of different so take this for what it costs. I went through a trial and error run with trying to find a rod for chatterbaits. I like throwing a spinnerbait on a MH-F with mono and I just didn't like it as well with a chatterbait. I tried braid on the same rod and didn't like the way it performed either. Went to fluoro on a MH-F and it was better but still not what I wanted. I ended up with a 7'2 MH-M Glass Expride with 40lb braid and I think I am going to like it a lot. This was toward the end of good fishing so I only caught a few on that set up but it casts like a dream.
  21. Same....Risk vs Reward just doesn't seem like it would be worth it. It's not like it's prime fishing right now.
  22. True, if I carried a $5 Wal-Mart knife I would probably feel the same.
  23. Do you think it is going to open itself up?
  24. I must not understand. I have been carrying one for a long time in my back pocket and I suppose I don't know what the issue is. I keep keys in my left front pocket and my phone and change in my right front pocket. Back pocket just seemed like the way to go.
  25. I have 2 of the new 2020 models. I originally ordered a 7 MH and a 7'2 MH and they didn't get the 7'2 with the first shipment so I opted for 2 of the 7 MH rods. I kind of wish I had just waited and got the 7'2 instead of two 7'ers. The grip feels really good and they are awesome looking rods but I absolutely hate the placement of the hook hanger. The blanks are super nice looking and the reel seat and locking nut give them that JDM look. I think they might fish a little bit on the heavier side when compared to the previous model Zodias (compared to the 6'10 MH anyway). I currently use mine for spinnerbaits and buzzbaits and they do a fine job. I honestly have spent very little time with them using a bottom contact bait. I think the Expride is a much better rod for those applications. I would probably try to find a deal on a used Expride or try to find them on sale and get the Expride over the Zodias. I will not be buying another Zodias unless it is the JDM 6'10 M version.
