  1. If the OP is in Ohio, you prob still have a month till spawn time. I know its not post spawn. And you have real cold weather recently. But yes as said I couple stable days in the 80's should bring them very shallow. I like skipping a wacky Senko against the bank.
  2. You may have to cut down/off the skag.
  3. Bottom of pic is sitting still or very slow. Top is moving. Side is good to show things like this. Or rocks, brush, and fish Bluegill beds I use Di with 2d sonar to compare what I am looking at.
  4. OMG I agree with Wayne
  5. Did you just call the original poster a dick?
  6. Those new Rage ones look sweet
  7. I also use these and have no probs and they are accurate.
  8. Chirp 2d sonar is better in any depth of water, not just deeper.
  9. 9 is fine unless you run multiple views at once. Where does chirp model start? 12? I would not even consider spending money on a new unit without getting chirp.
  10. Di is not that usefull on its own. It should be used split screen with your sonar. If you just bang the bank neither. Si shows structure and contours to the side for further from the bank. Creek channels, stumps, brush, rocks etc.
  11. Make it a job and you wont enjoy it anymore
  12. Frog thoe Helix5 pics are really impressive. Similar to this object I found. I also have no idea what it is.
  13. The first time you heat the plastic it must hit at least 350* Are you dropping the baits in water when you remove them from the mold to cool? If so dont.
  14. Open hook and you worrying about the bait to head gap catching weeds?
  15. Buy a few molds and sell on Facebook Bass Baits buy and barter. You might make a few bucks. To do it legally as a business taxes will take most of your profits. Figure out all your cost and then your profits. You will find your time is the most expensive cost. To get your name out you need to advertise as a sponsor on this and other sites. That's $50 per month. I doubt you will get $50 profit in a month. And once again to move that much product on a small scale will take up all your time. Since injection has come out everyone and their brother is selling the same ol popular baits. Many people sell them so cheap too that its hard to compete and make profit. Hate to be a downer but been there and done that. I did this and ended up making about $5 per hour. I was better off getting a job at McDonalds
  16. I have not tried the Ned rig. Why does it have to be a mushroom head? Wont a simple ball head work? I
  17. Baitjunky has a new Ned head mold with the wire keeper http://www.shopbaitjunkys.com/Ned-Headz_c_193.html
  18. March in Virginia. A week of warm weather and the water warmed to 61*. Bass were shallow and easy to catch. Cold front came through and stayed cooler about a week. Water temp back down to 50*. Slowly gettin back to 55* last few days. Where would you be lookin for bass and what baits. TY
  19. Single o-ring and a Weedless 2/0 Mustad 37140 hook parralel to stick. I rarely miss a fish and never gut hook
  20. Nice. Try running the split screen vertical.
  21. As shown These two views enhance each other. That's how I run them split screen.
  22. I have an older Dragonfly and it is spectacular.
  23. If you dont want/need Si Raymarine Dragonfly are best in class. They have chirp on the 2d sonar and Di.
  24. I bought a 3" and it is tiny. Is the 3.5 that much bigger?
