  1. my biggest problem is not selling anything!!
  2. http://rumbadoll.com or go to tackle warehouse and get humdinger skirts
  3. Rage craw on darker colors, single tail grub or rage menace on the white one... Haven't caught a fish using swim bait style trailers at all this year.
  4. Punching- rage tail structure bug--- (((out fished my go to punch bait junebug sweet beaver, but believe me they still produced) Pitching to shallow cover -- zoom z craw in California 420, rage cut-r worm in redbug, black and blue Yamamoto senko with a 1/8oz weight , gambler burner craw June bug with gold claws.. Swim jig trailer was a rage craw flipping jig trailer D bombs, z craw , pit boss
  5. This has been my first year throwing the 1/4 oz hack attack swim jig.. My swim jig fish nearly doubled from last year
  6. Prefer sweet beavers, D Bombs, and rodents over z hog any day!!! Z craw was mentioned above, z craw is money!!
  7. I find the ones pre bought are almost too bright, I much rather do it my self with jj's or spike it
  8. Plenty of options.. Big bites, gambler burner craw, z-man,zoom, and sweet beavers... All can be found on tackle warehouse
  9. Exactly this except I prefer rage bugs or sweet beavers
  10. -Bill Lewis square bills -arashi square bills -rage tail space monkeys - reaction innovation kinky beevers all though I love sweet beavers
  11. I fish with 4/0 Gammy offset round bend 90% of the time !!! if I'm punching it's a 5/0 hack attack straight shank... To fish a ewg the body has to be fatter than any beaver style or craw bait that I use .. Or maybe my hook set is stronger??? Never had problem with a offset hook no matter if it's a curly tail worm, pit boss, sweet beaver, rage bug etc...
  12. I'm with Catt and I have tried many..
  13. I personally like a 7'2" MH im going custom this time around cant decide on fast or xf.. And I have used both mh/f or mh/xf in 7'0
  14. What's your opinions on the perfect Texas rig rod for spot pitching into shallow cover? Length, power action, guides etc. When I say shallow cover not talking about mats or anything you need a punching rod for.. I'm talking 6 foot or less on shore line trees, cypress knees, lay downs etc. where you pitch to a specific target with Texas rigs??!!?? up to you to name the brand rod you use or not
  15. Flying squirrel like the squirrel tail worms but in brush hog shape!
  16. I have been liking the tournament zx rods.. No lie!!
  17. 25 pack of brush hogs and senkos for less than 5 bucks each.. Best senko alternative imo... They both weigh about the same.. And if you haven't tried the flying squirrel you may be missing out never had luck on any of there other baits.
  18. Half my order is on back order like sweet beavers and whopper ploppers.. But I did take advantage of the Memorial Day sale
  19. I'm different.. Red bug rage cut-r worm is my go to on cloudy overcast days
  20. In from Louisiana as well Depends how thick the mats are.. I hAve two punching set ups one heavy and one the extra heavy.... I usually go with a 1.25 weight but but some times in the summer I have to go to a 1.5 weight..always 65lb power pro with a 4 or 5/0 hack attack heavy flipping hook with a sweet beaver or a d bomb as my punch bait... On my heavy rod i do basically the same but have a 3/4 ounce weight on it that's for the not so thick stuff.. I go as light as I can, I'm punching Mats in very shallow water.. And like Catt, if I'm flipping cypress trees and lay downs in using a medium heavy rod with 15lb to 20lb test with a 1/8 to 1/4 ounce weight... If I can't make up my mind She gets a 3/16 ha
  21. Well according to sHallow water expert pros such as , Tharp, ish Monroe , hackney, cliff crochet, etc......Ewgs have the worst hook up ratio of all hooks, offset round bend being second and straight shank being the highest hook up percentage .. When pitching and flipping I use 4/0 offset round bend and straight shank, depending on cover and gear... Weightless Senkos I always use a off set round bend.. Never understood why you would want to use a Ewg with anything besides maybe a thick plastics beaver, where you might need extra room for the plastic to go on hook set???
  22. Humdingers best price, Durable, comes through cover great and flat out catches fish.. 1/4 ounce in shallow water with a lot of cover is deadly
  23. I own 3 bucoos, tough rod.. Only problem I had is the micro guides bend very very easy ..buy you can bend them back straight.
  24. I'm not a 100 percent positive but that is what the manager at cabelas told me.. He also showed me the tournament Zx baitcaster and it has the dawia "D" on it and I think says dawia some where's on it ... I just won't try that reel because I'm a lews die hard but I do like the Rods
