Another vote for Roll Casting

1/2 oz spinnerbait White & Firetiger.

Buzzbait, Buzzbait and Buzzbaits early in the am later on frogs in the pads.

Find that I use the pit boss more as a jig trailer and the sweet beaver more when punching. I like the sweet beaver colors better.

I have never tried the Rage products but have always used Netbait chunks and have just started using the regular craw. I like the craw over the Chunk Sr. Great baits before you even consider the cost.

Excellent choice IM0. I use that rod for all things of that nature. Also works well for frogs.

With crankbaits I lean into the hook set and just reel faster. Rarely fails me.

I am a big fan of Netbait if you are looking for lots of action.

For wacky rigged I really like my 7' ML St. Croix Eyecon.

Open water I like a black buzzbait. For Cover I like a black and blue spinnerbait or jig & Craw.

I like the Berkley Pit Boss, Net Bait Paca Chunk, and Reaction Innovations Beaver for skirted jigs.

I think skirted jig for this question and those go on a *** *** 7'3" MH casting. If you want to include shaky head, ball jigs and even tubes those go on a 6'7" M spinning.

I like the Berkley Pit Boss and R.I. Beavers. Also like the Brush Hogs and the Poor Boys Bug Bass Getter. I see the beaver and the creature on complete opposite sides of the spectrum regarding action.

I use Palomar knot for everything but walk the dog baits and crankbaits. Those get the Canoe Man Loop

No swivel and I like the Canoe Man Loop.
