I sold two rods earlier this month. Packed them into the thickest tube I had, walls were at least 3/8" thick. Used a crapload of bubble wrap. When the buyer got the package, the tube looked like it had been used in a sword fight. Result? Two one piece Carrot Stix became two two piece Carrot Stix. First time I'd ever paid for insurance, hope it works out for the buyer. First problem I've had with USPS.

That should hold me until 5AM, right?

I am quite partial to the areas S and SW of OKC. Minco, Chickasha, Blanchard. Nice places. The area around Minco was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. East of OKC isn't bad either. Shawnee is a nice town. OK is one of the few places I've traveled where I hated to leave.

Today's email contained some of the best news I've gotten in a long long time. Ryne Sandberg was named manager of the Tennessee Smokies yesterday. That means Ryno will just be 2.5 hours away. Ol' Burley is finally gonna be able to shake the hand of the greatest 2nd baseman to ever play the game. I've got a Baseball Hall of Fame program just waiting for his signature.

I know we've had a similar thread, but... What are the gifts you just can't stand to get? For me, it is always those little packaged food boxes. Like the Pepperidge Farms boxes with the sausage, cheese, etc. I've never liked them and usually get at least one per year. Got one today from LL Bean which may have been the biggest waste of money I've ever seen. I don't know what it is, but those things just tick me off to no end. It is as if the giver thought so little of you, so we'll just get you some crappy food. All I can say is Bah Humbug, can't wait for Christmas to be over.

Try comparing to Kistler Helium LTA rather than Magnesium. Cumara/Magnesium, take the Cumara. Cumara/LTA, I would lean towards the LTA.
