Actually that's a cable issue, not DSL. Sorry, your right. But even with DSL, the farther away you get from the central office, the weaker the signal becomes. Yep, ISP's tend to overestimate their capabilites as well. I bet my company is the only person/company in the world paying big $$ for a 256k DSL connection.
