Maybe I got a bad one (and I'll never know thanks to TheBeast > ), but this thing wouldn't take normal fast cranking at all. The xCalibur and Rat-L-Traps were the clear winners with the Diamond Shad coming in third.

That's the reason mine weighs so much. My boat has zero storage. :'(

A Rat-L-Trap these things aren't. :-/ Having a showdown between several different lipless cranks. Bought a Redeye Shad to try out. Spent a bit of time on a pond this morning throwing them side by side. Out of all of them (SK Diamond Shad, Rat-L-Trap, xCalibur xr50, Spro Aruko Shad), the Redeye Shad was the worst. Would only run straight when it was slowly cranked, try to burn it and it would just lay over on it's side. If you're looking for lipless cranks, IMO you could do better.

Fully loaded about 60 lbs.

Why anyone would believe anything this low life scammer says is beyond me. I think that making an association between the physically disabled and anti social behavior is a subtle form of predjudice. (even though well intended) I have advanced degrees and made a career of working with the physically handicapped and I can assure you that I have never seen ANY study that links deafness with being a thieving con artist. Let's not play junior psychologist or generalize the behavior of this pus person with the struggles of the handicapped. They have enough stigma to deal with. Gene's statement was not related to the guy's lack of hearing, it was related to the dum bass being sheltered his entire life. :-/
