  1. Foie gras is the fattened liver of a duck or goose. And the number one culinary target of the animal rights nuts.
  2. Give them a reel. They give you a certificate. The value of the certificate is dependent on how much the reel you purchase costs. For example. You buy XYZ reel that costs $100. You use the reel exchange certificate and get $10 off. If the reel you were buying was $250, you would have gotten $25 off. Just an example, I cannot recall the actual figures. Offer doesn't apply to Shimano reels.
  3. I didn't think Dom liked metal.
  4. Unless you're pointing the thing in your face, the light isn't going to hit your eyes.
  5. If I'm not careful, I'm going to have these things coming out of my ears! :-[
  6. I didn't buy this one. :-? Went out to get the mail, found a box with a reel and a CD of 70s hippy music. Still trying to figure out what the white powder is. ;D
  7. Given the current score, Senor Shimano ain't shakin in his boots. 16-2-2-2
  8. It's a nice enough reel. Going to take a lot to equal up to the Citica. I'll put it through it's paces. Got plenty of nekkid rods in need of clothing.
  9. You know I'll end up trying it. Signed, The Resident Line Ho
  10. Raul Jr. Ladies & Gentlemen!!! ;D
  11. The same thing happened to a friend of mine, two days later he was dead.
  12. Can you imagine the U-Haul charges from Lubbock to here? Sweet jumpin jeebus!
  13. Woke up early, did some shiz around the house, decided to take a walk. Threw a reel on the Cumara and tied on a jig, hoping that the local drinking water factory wasn't iced over. Sadly it was, so no Cumara test run. :'( Decided to walk the bank and take some pictures. Found some very promising spots. Lake is down about 12' or so, actually up at least a foot since the first of the month. Did find a couple of baits. One spinnerbait wasn't worth picking up (skirt was in good shape, rest of it was crap). This spinnerbait, OTOH, was in pretty good shape and in a very odd place. Don't know why someone would have been fishing the bait where I found it. Just needs a little cleaning. Yep, I got the hard water blues! :'(
  14. Inside the box was this... I think I've been Mooked!
  15. I would get you drunk Brent, but my truck isn't big enough to haul your garage away. ;D
  16. Decent rods, but not $100 rods by any means.

The generic LG ring. I would like to be able to find the 24 ringer, but Alltel's ringtones selection sucks.
  18. I've been to the one in Greensboro a couple of times. First time in there, I was browsing the gun department. Picked up a 700BDL, d**n near shat myself when I saw the pricetag.
  19. It isn't a matter of the color, just the reaction of the sugar and the potassium chlorate.
  20. http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/geekend/?p=1131 I need some of that on the back of my boat to help me beat the guys in my club to my spots. ;D
  21. The Energizer 6 LED is a great light for night fishing. Has 4 lighting modes, one of them being red. http://www.energizer.com/products/flashlights/outdoor-lights/Pages/batteries-lantern-headlamp.aspx
  22. You need more plastics. I never buy fewer than 5 packages of any bait/color.
  23. If you think the Crucial is nice, have a look at the Cumara.
