Needed something for work tonight, had a can of solid white albacore and a desire to play. Took said can of tuna, the zest of 1 lemon, the juice of half that lemon, 3 tablespoons of good olive oil. 1 tsp of sea salt, a few grinds of pepper, and a tablespoon of capers. Tuna is such a perfect blank canvas.

Crossville isn't that far from Knoxville and Knoxvegas is surrounded by lakes. Ft Loudon, Tellico, Watts Bar, Chickamauga. Have Cherokee and Douglas just up the interstate a bit. Center Hill to the west, as well as all of the lakes around Nashville. I won't make any statements concerning the fishing at most of those lakes.
