  1. Zero tolerance = zero intelligence School administrators are paid to draw lines and differentiate between black & white. Not institute policies that enable them to refrain from making judgement calls.
  2. I see misspellings today where I've never seen them before, in newspapers, magazines, even street signs. Roger And each time I get increasingly disgusted. The number of mispelled words in the two local newsrags I read has increased at an exponential rate over the last 15 years.
  3. Is it gray or grey? I think we may have to go to burley for a ruling on this matter... Grey became the established British spelling in the 20th century, pace Dr. Johnson and others, and it is but a minor variant in American English, according to dictionaries. Canadians tend to prefer grey. The non-cognate greyhound was never grayhound. Both Grey and Gray are found in proper names everywhere in the English-speaking world. Americans tend to use "gray" in reference to the color and "grey" as the adjective.
  4. If you're buying a TN license online, allow 5-7 days for it to arrive via mail. You can use your printed online receipt for proof of licensure, but it is better to have the actual license.
  5. Welcome to a month ago.
  6. The goon? Hendry overpaid and I think Zambrano gave up once he got that contract.
  7. Far far far too much bleeping in this episode.

My, aren't we cranky today ? is the Blazer still giving you fits ? Negative Maverick... Other things that set me off. Incorrect usage of -ant and -ate (dominant/dominate used interchangeably). Incorrect usage of moot (most typically expressed as 'mute').

A refund isn't the same as a return. You file a return, you receive a refund. Yet another of my 1001 pet peeves.

  11. The owner's manual for a Tracker is almost entirely useless. And don't ever try to find a wiring diagram for a Tracker boat. God forbid they actually labeled their fuse panels.
  12. It's not too late to return the lights you ordered and purchase a set of LED's. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200324545_200324545 Purchased a set of these in April 2006. Installed on trailer, used all that year. Moved to another trailer in the winter of 06, they're still on that trailer and work as good as they did when I bought them.
  13. Thanks for the case study.
  14. I'm going to start holding my fish behind my body.
  15. Buy new scales.
  16. Wow, I guess all of my reels are living on borrowed time.

Are you throwing those big Slammers? Occasionally. Usually just an 8" Hudd.
  18. I've come to an earth-shaking conclusion. The public school system in the US has failed. People can't spell or construct a basic sentence. I am amazed by the number of people who struggle to spell even basic words.

I throw my swimbaits on a 7'6 BPS Microlite UL spinning rod with a Quantum SS10 spinning reel. Spooled with 10/2 PowerPro.
  20. Why would a casting reel come with a spare spool? :-? Spare spools can be purchased directly from Shimano USA. Customer Service: 877-577-0600 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday Pacific Standard Time
  21. Let me know when you guys are going to make it down this way. If I'm off work, I might try to bring my Old Town up the road.
  22. Drive around in the rain with them strapped to the deck of the boat.
  23. What kind of reel is it? Spinning, casting? Cap? Nut?
  24. It was. Photos always make things look thinner. You must weigh 700 lbs. then.
