For the price of the PQ you can't beat them. I don't know much about the new extremes but I do have an older one that I use for square bills and it still works great.

I tried drop shot this year and hopefully this winter I can catch my first Huddleston fish.

I only get disappointed when you catch hybrid/striper during a tourney. You think you've got a nice kicker until you get it to the boat and realize it's not a LMB.

That's a lmb, easy way to tell is by the solid lateral stipe.

X2 on what Tom said and to add shaky head to that as well. Also if I'm using the same bait as the guy in the front and he's catching 15/1 on me, at some point I would of stop and take a minute to watch the guy in the front and pretty much mimic his retrieve.

I bought 2 on clearace last weekend and think I've caught 3 bass on them this past week. But I do agree with michang5 on the frog taking in water. You've got to keep it going or else it will sink really quick. Now my dad was using the ultimate hollow body frog and it had no prob. But for only 2.50 it did produce me one good fish last Wednesday.

I was just wondering because I have a bow for sale but I have a pse x-force now and i use to have a pse nova. I can't say anything bad about either one of them, and both have served me well.

Just curious how much are you wanting to spend on the whole outfit?

If I caught a 6lb spot i would have been finding someone to take my pic lol.

I fish any kind of cover I can find. Me and my dad went to the lake yesterday and water temp had dropped 10-15 degrees from Thursday night, which was caused by the front on Friday. We just down sized our baits and slowed our presentation down. We tried fishing grass first thing and then lay downs which did not produce anything. Then we caught our first fish off a dock which weighed 6.13 so we just stuck with docks for the rest of the day. Normally after cold fronts I like to fish something i can fish slow like Texas rig, jigs, shaky heads, or dead sticking worms which caught all our fish. Fishing was tough but these were the best two out of five.

That was a close call for the both of them but pretty awesome to get on video.

I'm sure there is a way to do it but those shafts have a life time warranty and im sure if you try ti cut it, that will void the warranty. But as far as the trolling motor it took me two trips to get use to it but I like it a lot now.

I think after the lake tomorrow if the fuel treatment doesn't work then I'm going to swap out the plugs. Thanks for the info one the wires never thought about them performing differently under a load.

I believe I got some bad gas. I normally full up at the same gas station but it hit me today that 3 weekends ago I went to a new lake and filled up at near by gas station. So fingers crossed tomorrow with some high octane gas and fuel cleaner I blow it out.
