  1. Has anyone used these? How do they stack up compared to other 'chatterbait' style lures?
  2. Can you PM me a price?
  3. Yea i really like the d&m piranhas. I don't have a problem with zman's hooks but i wish they would put bait keepers on them. I have a savvy 735 but its spooled with braid for frogs. Right now im using a 7'mh veritas for my chatterbaits. The rod works but its pretty stiff. I'm thinking about getting a savvy 734 but then i heard the interview with Hite and how he likes a heavy action glass rod. His is imported though and is crazy expensive.
  4. The champ is a little out of my price range so if i got one it would be the savvy
  5. Is the 734 savvy the same as the 734 champion in regards to action, taper, etc?
  6. Brett Hite uses a $800 imported rod though. Are there any Heavy action glass rods on the market that are affordable?
  7. Does the rod have to be a Heavy? Would a medium/heavy glass rod get the job done?
  8. I normally just use a 7'mh/f for chatterbaits but then I heard Hite likes to use Glass rods.. I throw chatterbaits alot so it got me thinking a little
  9. I was watching Iaconelli interview Brett Hite on Chatterbaits and Hite says he uses a heavy action glass rod when fishing Chatterbaits. Do any of you guys use a glass rod for chatterbaits and if so do you like it better than graphite?

I just ordered a few of these yesterday from Tackle Warehouse and I'm just wondering if any of you guys have used these and what are your opinions on them. Their bladed jigs as well.
  16. Good info, thanks!
  17. Going to try and keep this short. Last week i was killing it at a small local lake with a black and blue chatterbait. The lake is really low though due to drought conditions. Most the spots I was fishing were probably two feet at the deepest. I went out yesterday and only had one bite. Weather wasnt much different compared to last week except yesterday we had blue bird skies. I can't figure out what would make the bite just shut down like it did. Any ideas?
  18. I prefer the lunker city swimmin ribsters. They are a little cheaper than keitechs, you get more per pack, and they are 10x more durable
  19. i was bank fishing last year and a family of 6 was walking down the bank and they seen me catch a fish and they seriously parked right where i was fishing. 3 on one side of me and 3 on the other.
  20. look into the Lunker City Swimmin Ribsters. they are 10x more durable than the swing impacts
  21. I like the pad crashers and poppin pad crashers
  22. i like to use straight fluoro for T-rigs also
  23. booyah pad crashers-they are affordable and have a great hook up ratio
