  1. I have'nt fished with that model but I have fished with the Ardent Edge Pro.Fast reel very smooth extremely long casting thats a plus got to cover alot of real state.

  3. The Rage Rig with a 4/0 1/4oz verticle drop weighted hook and Rage craw, Falcon Lake,Candy and Green Pumpkin.As the lure drops vertically the claws flutter fast and thats what attracts the big ones.So go out there and catch those lunkers

  6. Here is a image of a drop shot rig.Your going to tie a palomar knot. Make sure you make your tag end aleast 18-20" long .Hope this works for you.

  9. Yes sir, it is Maple Lake,caught some nice largemouth last season.Right where I'm standing.I've never fished that lake when the bass were spawning,just wondering how the fishing was around that time.Thanks Greg

  14. I've had a Abu Garcia Conolon for over 35 years I found it to be a very good spinning rod it's about a 7' in length it has alot of whip to get the lure out there.I caught my first 6LB bass on this rod.So you got yourself a outstanding rod which will last you many years of fishing. Enjoy.
  15. I have a St.Croix Rage MH great rod for jigs,crankbaits, heavy spinnerbaits.You can really feel the strike of the fish. Hope that helps.
  16. I have the Daiwa Lexa 2500 and found it to be a very good reel for the money.Very smooth on the cast and retrieve.I use 30LB PowerPro on my reel. Hoped that helped,Catch that lunker.
  17. I have a baitcaster I want to spool the reel with powerpro 40lb braided line. Should I put fluorocarbon on first to protect the spool or use electrical tape?
  18. Try a Rage Tail Craw and baby craw alot of action in these lures, Bama Craw or Green Pumpkin works well.Just work them about 3 to 4' in depth. Go get her.good luck.
  19. I would use a Strike King Hack Attack Jig. Try sexy craw, smokey shad 3/8 or 1/2. I've caught alot of bass on these lures. Good Luck keep warm.
