Back in the day.. Orlando Wilson was sponsored by Quantum. I bought one.. It had a lifetime warranty, I returned my form & recieved a credit card for warranty. I used that reel hard in Florida. Never, ever had a single issue out of it. It was a graphite framed reel too. It was made in Korea as well. Quantum markets a decent product, you just have to sort thru the marketing..good luck

In 10 years, in & around Jax. fishing Oseola pits, wade fishing the St. John's & boating all over the central region, I've never been harassed by a gator..still, one can never be to careful in that environment. You gotta watch for snakes, scorpions, & such too. Man is still the one predator you always have to be concerned about IMO, no matter where you are..

I'm not sure these days, I used a half dozen Quantum spinning & baitcasters when they were newly branded.. (mid 80's) I have no complaint's.

As far as I'm concerned, coys taking out ferals is a good thing.

I saw 2 coyotes this past winter chase/play (to kill) a feral cat in my cut corn field.. One coyote had a mangled leg ( unsure why ) there was about 8" of fresh snow.. After 20 minutes.. The cat lost.. It was a helluva show.

I like to look at the taxidermy, other than that, they both are ridiculous on pricing.. If it happens, it's bad for consumers like A-Jay alluded to.

Tell me that's 300 yards & not 100.. I has to work on a 3006 for a good while to find a load. It was a bolt model 70 16" rifle, finally I sent the rifle to Corbon & they found & made a load that was awesome.. Sweet rifle dude!

Maybe.. But I think they pulled that horse on purpose.. I don't know about you, but IMO, AP is the BEST racehorse of all time!
