Anyone Here Fish A Pflueger?
Again, I have never used their casting reels, but their spinning reels rock!

A Good Afternoon Of Fishing
Well, I caught my PB smallie today. It went just over 5lbs. I had just set my rod down to play with the fishfinder, and he inhaled my tube the second I picked it up. Hardest fighting fish I have ever caught. I also lost a good sized muskie on a hair jig. Yesterday I went out in a canoe and caught a couple good ones punching an Ugly otter through grass mats with a 3/4 oz weight. I lost a couple others because I forgot my flippin stick, so I was using the heaviest rod I brought, which was a 7'MH spinnerbait rod. LOL!

Favorite T Rig Pitching & Flipping Bait
I almost exclusively use Gambler Ugly Otters. Other baits I use are Havoc pit bosses and Jackall Cover Craws.

How Long Does It Take For Tackle To Rust From Freshwater Fishing?
As long as there wasn't a lot of water actually inside the boxes, you should be fine.

A Good Afternoon Of Fishing
I am currently on a trip to one of the best bass lakes in Canada, Rice Lake. I just got here at around noon, and decided to try out my new UL rig on some bluegills off the dock. BOY do they fight hard! I then went out in the rental boat (16 footer with a 50hp Yamaha), and fished some hair jigs in a large weedbed for some walleyes. Didn't end up with any walleyes, but I did manage to catch 3 nice largemouth, 2 around 2lbs, and 1 around 1.5lbs. I then decided to try for smallmouth with some Chompers tubes, and managed to fool a good 3lber into biting. I also lost one a little smaller, around 2.5lbs. I then switched to a T-rigged 4" rage craw, dragging it on the bottom. I managed to catch another nice 3lber on it before leaving. Back at the dock, I thought I would fish some topwaters before going to sleep, so I tied on a frog-r, and a couple of casts later, I lost a nice bass at my feet. The wind picked up a little, so I wanted to make some more commotion on the surface, so I tied on an X-Rap Pop, and caught a 13" Black Crappie on it. On my last cast, right beside some lilypads, I got a good blowup, and ended up with a nice little bass, around 1.25lbs, who had choked my lure backwards. A good start to what I hope will be an awesome week.

Daichi Treble Hooks Are Sharp, Hard To Cut, And Hurt In Your Hand-Carry First Aid & Hook Removing Kits For Safety!
This is why I always fish barbless. I had a treble in the hand a couple days ago, and had it been barbed I would have been in serious trouble.

Pulaski, Ny Salmon Run
Yup, like John said, just hang on! I use a 7' sometimes and it works fine. A longer rod is beneficial for float fishing for a number of reasons, but a shorter rod can still work fine.

Multitool
My Leatherman Wave has held up for a while, and the knives come razor sharp. I cut braid with it just fine. The belt pouch is a very handy addition as well.

Opinions Please
The Linder brothers and Doug Stange from In Fisherman. For bass, Clunn gets my vote.

Best Cross Over Rod For All Types Of Baits
1. 7' MH fast casting 2. 7' M fast spinning 3. (if possible) 7' M moderate casting If I could only pick one, it would be the spinning rod, because that's what suits my style of fishing.

Never have used live bait, and probably never will.

Rock Bass And Muskies
Muskies go straight back, no pics. They were already exhausted after the fight anyways.

Your Oldest Bait?
I found an old rapala original minnow in a rental boat. Works great!
