I love using topwaters. I like buzzbaits a lot, however, I get the best blowups from a Zaraspook type lure, specifically KVD Sexy Dawgs, which are my favorite topwater lure because of that and how far it casts. I have Whopper Ploppers in 90 and 130, I am going to try to get some 110's. I haven't actually used them yet, hopefully this summer when I first go out. The Whopper Plopper seems to have a following on here. I was wondering if it is anyone's favorite topwater lure?

Great. That's exactly how I did it with the washers underneath.

I took a older Minn Kota trolling motor off of my used boat that I bought. The previous mounting left scratches and marks on the fiberglass. When I mounted my Terrova on it I took that old motor off and used the rubber washers/grommets that came with the Terrova as a spacer between the deck and the TM so I wouldn't mar the surface. Now that I'm mounting my new Ulterra with it I was going to do the same thing with the washers. I'm attempting to keep the boat in the best shape possible for when I sell it. Is that ok to do or is it wrong?

It seemed that a lot of topwaters like KVD Sexy Dawgs and buzzbaits got hit on the initial splashdown and never after that. But after a lot of fishing I've caught them on the retrieve a lot too now.

It worked for me. There is a click spot I think where you click it and it opens up a box to put your gift card code and stuff.

I've tried quite a few. War Eagle, Cavitron, Booyah, and some others. I do like the Booyah clacker. However, the Cavitrons are hands down the best. Amazing.

I understand what you're saying. However, this savings is a significant amount of money for me, not just a few bucks. So, I've been waiting awhile for it.

Not that simple. I'd like to get a certain item that they only carry a limited supply of and then it's backordered for a month. I spoke to CS and that's what I was told. So, I would like to be able to get one before they go out of stock and have to wait a month.

Nice of you to take him under your wing and mentor him. For under $25 bucks you could buy him his own rod as a gift and let him borrow your lures when you go out. I know it most likely would never be forgotten.

I was hoping the current TW tax relief sale would cover Minn Kota because I'm hoping to get a new Ulterra. But the current sale doesn't cover Minn Kota. I know that other TW sales have included Minn Kota products. Anyone know when the next Tackle Warehouse sale that includes Minn Kota products will happen? I sure hope it's not the Black Friday sale because I'm hoping to get it for use this summer.

What swim jig do you use?

Wouldn't you lose that to a bass pretty quickly?
