  1. I waited until Tackle Warehouse a sale and bought one of their bulk packs which I think is 100 Senkos. Also, using the rubber tubing method 1 Senko will now last about 6-7 trips usually.
  2. Love them. Ironically I've only had success with it as a topwater bait, which it wasn't made for. I like to throw it on lilypads and then slowly pull it across. Caught a lot of fish like that and on the initial landing.
  3. That's amazing. I bought mine for like $174 last year and that was a good deal. I suppose it's cheaper because the new and improved Ci4 came out?
  4. Thanks. Yep, apparently it is only certain stuff. I'll have to wait until the tax sale goes on. Also, I am on the TW newsletter email and didn't receive any email about this sale like I was told I would by the TW rep.
  5. I thought there was supposed to be one in March at the same time as the Bass Classic? There is supposedly one in April called the tax stimulus. Does anyone know when that one is and what percentage it is?
  6. If you have a Tacklewarehouse giftcard for like $500 do you need to spend all $500 at once or can you use like $25 at a time. Also, is there any expiration date?
  7. Haven't seen a bassmaster classic sale, perhaps like one poster said it's mostly specific tackle. Guess I'm waiting on the April "Tax Stimulus" sale. Anyone know if that's the beginning of April?
  8. Know when this is?
  9. This appears to be an older one without bluetooth and closer GPS tracking. Is that correct? Thx. I'll check Ebay out.
  10. I'm looking to get a MK Ulterra. Would the March sale not be the one to get this at?
  11. I was told that Tackle Warehouse usually has a sale of 15% in March and a rep said they usually do. I want to buy some stuff and don't want to miss the sale this time. I was just wondering if in March it probably will be?
  12. Any more pics? Like the boat at truck?
  13. Because I want an Ulterra. This is what I will be doing.
  14. Exactly. You'd think they'd make it easier. If you're in big waves and your battery dies or you have an electrical problem and need to stow your Ulterra so that you can hightail it to the landing you could be in big trouble attempting to hang over the bow of the boat and use 2 different type of screwdrivers to manually stow your Ulterra.
  15. The manual override seems demanding. You'd better have a flat and Phillips head screwdriver on your boat. I know most people carry some spare tools on their boats though. And once you do it the motor won't work again until you bring it to an authorized dealer. That sucks.
  16. Want to buy a Minn Kota Ulterra but wondering what happens if your battery dies or the Minn Kota has a malfunction and you can't electronically/auto stow the Ulterra. Obviously this would be a problem if you need to stow it to ride back to the landing or get it on your trailer. Is there some type of manual over-ride that you can use to stow it that doesn't use electricity?
  17. Because I know I'll be able to get out at least a few times a year and it'd be nice to have a depthfinder and the Ulterra for those times.
  18. I am planning on buying an Ulterra this year and just need a cheap depthfinder for the front of the boat. With a kid on they way and having to help my wife with her job I'm not sure I'll be able to fish much in the next few years so I don't want to put a ton of money into the depth finder. In a few years if I can start fishing more again then I can buy a new, better depth finder and by then I expect the technology to be different.
  19. This is on sale at Cabelas for $100. Will it work with the plug in of a Minn Kota Ulterra Ipilot Link and/or just plain Ipilot? Do all Ulterras whether Ipilot or Ipilot Link have Universal Sonar 2 so that I can hook a Hummingbird up to it?
  20. Thanks guys. I definitely won't tow it with the Subaru.
  21. What hooks are those? And what size?
  22. Thanks. I thought dry weight meant entire boat and motor, everything but trailer. I was wrong.
