Does it traditionally start before Monday, March 29th like on Friday, or does it start like Monday, March 29th at midnight? I've already gotten Memorial Day sales emails from other companies which start now already which makes me wonder. 

I would guess it's going to start Friday afternoon and run for a week.

What is the typical discount?

Why don't you people ask TW ? 

i've ask them in the past and were either lied to or the person on the phone truly has no clue when or even if there will be a sale.

i cant blame them for not letting the cat out of the bag though!

I did earlier today. He said, "Nothing planned. It's up to management."  Same response I got about sales in the past. 

 

But as others have said, probably don't want to let the cat out of the bag.

Come on folks, this isn't rocket science.  Just keep checking in to their web site.  If nothing shows up, there is no sale.  If something shows up, there is one!  Man. . .

Haven't gotten any emails from TW yet.

Glad to see another rational person on here! Every holiday people start speculating or whining about these sales. People need to settle down, TW will announce the sale when they are ready to

I'd like to get a certain item that they only carry a limited supply of and then it's backordered for a month. 

 

I spoke to CS and that's what I was told. 

 

So, I would like to be able to get one before they go out of stock and have to wait a month.

I understand where you are coming from, but them being sold out is an inherent risk of waiting in order to save a few bucks. As far as your experience with their customer service rep, I'd guess they have been instructed to not leak anything prior to the public announcement. 

 

And for for what it's worth, I myself am planning to place and order including some limited items, so fingers crossed for both of us

Gosh darnit, the last of the Stutterstep 4.0s sold out this morning. I was really hoping to nab another one for the MDW sale.

I understand what you're saying.

 

 

However, this savings is a significant amount of money for me, not just a few bucks. So, I've been waiting awhile for it.

Just so everyone knows the sale seems to have started. I was adding some stuff to my cart and it's showing the 15% off price. 

I doubt trolling motors are included.
