What size boat? If rooftop you can launch at the canal at 23rd ave near the bridge that crosses 95.

Best bet is launching at Ida and traveling the canals north towards Osborne.

The canal between lake Ida and lake Osborne. Fish the cement walls during high sun and you can sight fish them and catch on an X-rap.

You need to use a larger volume of water due to the added barometric pressure created in the smaller volume and elevation may have something else to do about how much they suspend also.

Live target makes a larger mullet saltwater version that works excellent.

The best part is the follow and the wake behind them!!!! The point when your about to **** yourself. Lol. Inline spinners along weed lines always did the trick for me.
