Well, I'm going to get a lotto ticket. Not too sure if the whole Chinese/Audrey thing is as enjoyable for me to watch as Jack killing and torturing terrorists. I'll still stick it out though. I bet this leads to a lot more arse kicking. Predeiction: This is Jack's last season. He either dies or he and Audrey ride off into the sunset and Silver Spoons takes over as Super Cop...effectively ending the franchise in two more seasons.

I have begun to dabble in making jerky in both a smoker and dehydrator. I bought some of the prepackaged seasoning and cure. The recipe calls for making it with ground beef/ground meat. So far I don't care for that kind. I have used a jerky gun and tried a rolling pin. I guess I have a few questions for the jerky pros: 1) can the seasoning and cure be used on strips of meat instead of ground meat? 2) if so, do you just sprinkle it on like nay other seasoning (sasoning and cure together? 3) is there a secret to making jerky from ground meat, or does it always look kinda nasty?

I haven't T-rigged for a number of years...weightless senko style bait took over. That being said, I need to return to my roots. As opposed to dragging or sweeping, I did well with "hopping" that bait (usually a worm, tequilla sunrise color). Sometimes small, short, slow hops...sometimes large and fast, depending on what the fish seemed to respond to. Once I hit cover I would slow down and work it.

I have never been fortunate enuf to intentially fish for bedding bass, but my furst reaction to this question is that the fish may first got after the weight/beeds as they go thru the bed ahead of your lure. Based on the options provided in your question, I would lean towards the T-rig...but what do I know?

Its not that bad here in South central PA, but bad enough to really throw a damper on what could have been a great 3-day fishing weekend. Guess I'll have to resort to house cleaning and liquid therapy.

I have just been informed that there is supposed to be some sort of 7th season. How do you think Vic will deal with his "replacement?" I think in the end everybody dies, except for Ronnie who will turn out to be the mastermind of everything.
