Duck and Cover

I've used them as well. I'm always looking for something cheaper than the Senkos for pond fishing. Same success rate. I did learn that they seem to melt sooner than other soft baits sitting in my truck!

I watched an episode of Charlie Moore (back before ESPN pillaged the Saturday fishing line up) and Cahrlie had to fish with Chuck's lures as part of the challenge. Don't know if it is the one listed here. Of course, Charlie was amazed when the product worked out.

I don't have the $ to spend on high end stuff. I recently bought a pair of Peppers at Gander and I like them. Under $30.00. Definatley a difference from the mirrored polarized glasses I have had before.

I have had good success on the Tequilla color.

Perhaps the drag is set wrong? Is the line going thru the guides or did it get wrapped somehow when you put it on the rod? Maybe the bail release is not clicking over all the way (if its a baitcaster)? Is the line seated correctly on the reel? Just a couple ideas to help troubleshoot...

What is the preferred rigging method? I have heard T-rig with and without a small weight. The few times I have used this, it seems to spin around in the water on the retrieve.

I Tivo'd the Bad Blood fiasco. Glad I didn't stay up to watch it. I heard that with UFC purchasing Pride, that there may be more free events on Spike like this weekend and then the PPV will be "Super Fights" with big name guys fighting each other. Potentially no more under-card crappy fights.

If I can skip it, it goes under the dock.

Didn't see that happening with Kavenaugh. I almost dropped my beer. All I could do was say "What?!" Don't have any idea where this is going. I think he's got something up his sleave. Next week looks cool.
