Pretty good. The sad thing is at my Court, I wouldn't be suprised if any of the lawyers said that. I even have a singing judge.

Ain't Walden Pond BUT SOME THOUGHTS ANYWAY
I hear ya! Working in the human services field does not exactly offer the opportunity to get rich. I make due with lower end stuff and "treat" myself when I have a few extra bucks. By treat I mean by Senkos instead of copies and spend $2 to $3 more for Spiderwire.

How do you rig your senko and why?
Weightless T-rig 'cause that's how I roll.

Swimming Senko
I threw them a coulpe times pre-spawn. Apparently they need a bit larger hook (5/0 perhaps) becuase I noticed that it was cork screwing on the retrieve. Some guys here suggested that. Frankly, I pretty much forget about them since then. I still have them, want to use them, I just forget about about them being in my bag. I think it has something to do with not getting any action with them earlier in the year.

Top Water Hookset
Try watching your partner's lure instead of staring at yours waiting for the big splash. This may increase your reaction time.

Very Nice Work on that assignment SPEEDBEAD! :-*

Shakey Head jig ?
Never used that jig before but I believe the idea is for the work to be verticle and "dancing." I use works that can float so it is "up" and teasing the fish as it moves either by the current or by shaking the rod tip.

Pro's and fishing nets
If you use a net and then set the net on the boat, what is to keep the fish from kicking and jumping then? I notice that a lot when watching the FLW shows. The non-boater does the net job and then often sets the fish on the boat so he can get back to fishing. I also see it a lot on there when the only the pro is fishing. He nets the fish then sets it down on the boat.

laydowns
I was watching a Bass Pro episode the other week and KVD was fishing his spinner bait thru laydowns. He mentioned that when the bait hits the wood to give it a fast crank or two. He says that can assist in trigger a reaction strike. You could also try a buzz-bait as well if the lay down is submerged enough. I've seen SPEEDBEAD catch many a fish that way. Just make sure your drag is set correctly

Trouble with Texas Rigged Worms...
Why thank you Mr. Bead. Perhaps you could re-post your comment about our discussion on bluegill hits from the other day. Very insightful. Should allow some nice fish to be caught.

Trouble with Texas Rigged Worms...
Sometimes it may be hard hit, sometimes a tap-tap-tap, sometimes it may be so light that you don't feel it. I have been struggling with it lately at a specific body of water. Swings are free. You may also want to check your hook point and how deep it is buried in the worm as well. When I first started fishing, I couldn't feel a darn thing. I upgraded my rod and changed to a different line and that help tremendously. Although I am not advocating goign out and spending a bunch of money at this point. Best of luck

Firearms Refresher Course
I beleive that proposal was "shot down" in about three seconds. Although the guy(s) that proposed it say they will continue the fight.
