  1. Yeah and make sure you each bring a 5 gallon bucket of water to dump in the lake!

    Sexy :-* Nice work
  3. I love braid. Its strong, sexy, and doesn't remember my mistake moments. Its always there for me. I love her. :-*
  4. Perhaps it would depend on if it is a spinning set vs. a casting set up. I once heard that with spinning gear, the rod should do most of the "work." Conversely, with casting gear, the reel is the "winch" that takes care of business. Although I do agree with the statement that if you don't feel the fish...
  5. Let me begin by saying I have no personal experience with this situation, so I'll just throw out some things to consider: Was the water deep enough to make a channel or good transisiton area for the fish to change water? Was there good cover in the pond to keep them there? How fast did the water come up and go down? Perhaps some of the fish from the big water transisitoned into the little water? Guess you just have to take on for the team and do a "field study."
  6. Way to pick up on the play on latin SPEEDBEED! Nice Work! :-*
  7. Any local no-names that would have intimate knowledge of the lake?
  8. Bowhunt for the seven deer left in South Central Franklin County. :-/
  9. I use the WB and like it. The only issue I have had is that it can be tough on vanes. They was I was told to avoid this by the archery guy at the shop was to put the **** vane up, not down.
  10. Isn't that what editing is for or are these "kids" doing the editing?
  11. Perhaps you could skip under overhanging brush and under shady docks as the sun gets up and shade becomes a premium.
  12. Texas rig. Weightless. 'Cause thats how I roll.
  13. Don't know how thick the vegitation is but you may want to make sure you have the right setup to horse the fish out before he wraps you in the stems.
  14. C-rig to find structure, perhaps you can reach out and touch someone with the extra weight. Find the cover you would normally fish from the boat, except you are now fishing it from a different angle.
  15. PA Lately I could not calculate fish per hour....more like fish per week. Its been that slow! (although I caught a kick-a** snapping turtle on a c-rig the other day)
  16. Never heard of a bass hitting a duck. But I have seen duck lures for muskie...
  17. No sponser. Thought I had one lined up to pay for our tourney entries and some shirts. We would be advertising for him.
  18. No one mentioned using the wiggle-rig or one of Hannon's snakes...
  19. Swings are free...although Option 4 has worked quite often as well.
  20. Put on raingear and keep going. Also, make sure to put your hood up or it will fill with water. Leared the the hard way. You may want to beat the banks as well.
  21. Do other people pressure the fish? Did the weather change? Some things to consider.
  22. I once touched Marty Stone.
