i have a bantum curado. love it great reel for deep cranks and swimbaits i got 15 pound test spooled on it. use it for my larger baits

good fishing out there deep cranks, dropshots and tubes are your best bets. biggest fish for the weekand was 4'4 pounds with a 4'1 and a 4 behind them...

That was a big fish!! my personal best is 9 but to tell you the truth it didn't look much bigger than that!! awesome fish and what a good weekand we had!! 25 pound bag is really good for this time of year up there.

I actually have a buddy who is a rep and he's got all kinds of there rods I own m1s composite crank bait and maxim rods there all solid quality rods. Mabey a maxim or m1 rod is more in your price range?

if I was you I would check out the new phenix k2 ml its basically one of the best rods you can buy and I have personally used one... (but I cant afford one my self)

TW is generally a 15 or 20% off all rods and reels except megabass and shimano I believe...

I ordered a lees baitcaster last year and had no problems at all reels arrived before it was suppose too.

O and I have no experience with the citica all though it looks pretty good and feels good in the stores.

Too bad I saw this too late. Fish the main lake points dam and docks by marina. Jigs dropshots and deep cranks should work good. Last year around this time my friend flipped the dock next to the launch ramp and ended up with a 4 pounder a 2 1/2 pounder and a couple other bites. I caught a 3 pounder on a Yamamoto thin senko on the main point across from the dam it was good fishin!! Getting down there in 2 weeks again for the weekend
