  1. " right about that Posted by david johnston on Thursday, 10-Nov-2005 at 08:31:45 You are right. These dudes coulnd't pore p*** out of a boat much less catch bass. [ reply | new ] Fakes Posted by Jerry on Monday, 07-Nov-2005 at 19:28:29 What a bunch of screwballs. These guys have 10,000 votes and only 200 visitors - Duh? They can't even fake top billing on this web site. Why would they be able to tell us how to catch bass? " What in the world is up with these guys? They clearly don't know their stuff. Guess you've always got naysayers and losers with any credible site. Kudos to BassResource.com for having the best bass fishing site around.
  2. I hate idiots who think you shouldn't release fish...I know my fair share of them. >
  3. Troutfisher replied to Catt's topic in Everything Else
    Same...agreed.
  4. 2 mooks in a boat - This mook's got a sore throat Sorry Muddy.
  5. Great bass! I love the markings on that fish.
  6. Thanks LBH. How is the fishing up in New England? Are you guys still digging out from that storm?
  7. Welcome aboard! I am siding with SBS on this one. I agree with his point of view and enjoy listening to differing viewpoints. The controversial issue of global warming is ever present in our society today, and I believe if people can discuss it in a reasonable manner and present facts and evidence in a timely fashion, it should be discussed.
  8. I don't intend on celebrating Earth Day. Sure, I pick up trash when and where I see it (that shouldn't occur on a single day), but in my opinion, God created the Earth for humans to thrive on. Animals were made to hunt, fish were made to catch, water was made to drink. "Mother Earth" did not create us. Of course, I don't believe that dumping pollution into the air or pumping sludge into the water is ok. That, my friend, is just wrong. However, I'm not entirely into the whole recycling kick, turning in every can, planting trees three times a day, etc.
  9. Thanks guys! Avid, guess the secret's out ;D
  10. I had a great time today nailing some bass on white three inch senkos on red hooks. After I finished weed-eating today, I headed out to the local backwater area within biking distance of my house. Overcast skies ruled the day with high temperatures in the upper 60s. I made some blind casts with senkos around cover and was very successful. The results of my outing can be found in the pictures below. I caught my largest bass in 2007 as well. All in all, I caught 5 bass. Two were dinks, but three were larger fish. My favorite "fishin' hole" My largest bass (so far) of '07. Some smaller bass I caught as well. All in all, great trip, and I hope to get back soon! Thanks to all the folks at BassResource.com for daily help and support for everything bass fishing!
  11. No problem! Yeah, brown trout taste great. Rainbows, browns, and brookies all have that distinct trout taste. I love deep frying up a batch and serving them up with ketchup. Great, now my mouth is watering ;D
  12. Heh...I am, just going to miss the SCREAMING ;D
  13. You crazy kids and your crazy mispronounciations. :
  14. Great job! Another great day on the lake. Nothing better than fishing with friends...(even though beating them out with bigger fish can make it much sweeter!!!)
  15. The Bait Monkey's Cousin STRIKES AGAIN! Better watch out for the automotive monkey, the Honey-Do-List monkey, and the meatball monkey for all you Italian guys Who could that possibly be?
  16. SAY IT AIN'T SO, SQUID!!!
  17. I'm a bluegrass man, and my brother plays the banjo. We can call you and let him pick it out for you Speedbead... ;D
  18. Yes please, and from Aaron, not Troutfisher.
  19. Well, then, there's no rhyme for four ;D
  20. I agree with RW and I respect Muddy Man's opinion as well. The thing about gun control is that people have this broad minded opinion that if they have innocent people turn in all their guns that crime will just disappear. This is not true. Take a look at Chicago and cities who have very strict gun control laws. Crime, murder, and lots of it. Now take a look at Charleston, WV, where I'm from. Rarely are the words murder heard around here. The reason? There are no harsh gun laws against law abiding citizens. Guns are not evil, and gun haters need to understand that. Criminals will use anything to do their causes, whether it be a gun, sword, clubs, or their fists.
  21. 100% in agreement.
  22. P.E.T.A. is absolutely thoroughly disgusting. They stand for senseless stupidity, and have no underlying purpose, other than not eating or harming any living thing.
  23. Isn't the minds of some people sick. How could that man kill 30+ innocent people? > Remember to pray for the families.
