  1. Do any of you guys enjoy going through the locked threads, seeing where they take a turn for the worse, and following the drama to the cut scene? Some of them tick me off, some of them make me bust a gut, and some of them still have me scratching my head! Lol I would love it if there could be a pinned section in "Everything Else" of all the locked threads! What do you guys think?
  2. Best answer you are gonna get man. Well put A-Jay
  3. Solid information guys. I really appreciate it!
  4. Let me know if you do want to sell though
  5. Get a job, pursue motocross, keep your fishing stuff for the days you need a break.
  6. Watch for sales on your "go to" baits. I have enough zoom baby brush hogs in watermelon red to last 4+ seasons. I still buy them when I find a deal. Scratch the monkey man...
  7. Do you make money in motocross? Are you a student? I was always told by my parents growing up not to start a hobby that you had to sell things to finance. Makes you make bad financial decisions. Not trying to preach at all but you've already outlined one (making $120 and buying "toys" with no job). This is all just my 2 cents, nothing personal what so ever FYI.
  8. If you have one set up I would keep it and your tackle. Not costing you anything to keep, and how much do you think you'd make off of it if you sold? If you were in desperate need of money for your motocross and had several set ups and tons of tackle, then I understand selling because you stand to possibly make several hundred dollars towards your sport. Long story short, I'd keep what you've got. March or April will roll around and the bug will bite again to wet a line.
  9. Sounds like you've made your decision. Just make sure you are "all in" either way (meaning going to fish or not). Believe me... It sucks to replace everything one accumulates over the years... Trust me, I know! (Garage theft) Good luck.
  10. Good time last night guys. Was good to see everyone! Need to do it more often.
  11. Probably in the same place as my chicken and steak fajita burrito!!!
  12. In the time it took to type that you could have responded with an answer or find a more productive thread for you. Side note, I've had a boater in a BFL tournament cut my tackle in half including combos because he "didn't see the need". No dumb questions out there... Only dumb answers.
  13. Yes and it's very productive! As Catt said, it has tunnels, voids, holes etc... Go prepared for it with heavy gear. You will end up pulling a lot of salad in with the fish.
  14. Hahahaha! That last sentence is great!
  15. I'll take my chances running where I feel I have a chance. You can stand there like dinner on a silver platter.
  16. You can rig anything on it. Be creative, might have a "rig" named after you
  17. Agreed. Don't know how long he will chase me, but I know how long I will run!
  18. Redneck med kit right there. Swap that miller for a bottle of jack though!
  19. I've never heard of it if there is.
  20. Spooks, flukes, jigs, frogs, shaky head, wacky rig. A lot of things can be skipped! Like Francho said, spooks are DEADLY under docks, but can be very costly!
  21. Both of you are braver than I am. If I can't get it out on the water I at least want it hooked up to muffs and see/hear it run, shift and watch the RPM's. Like to see the pee stream also. lol. If I can't at least do that, I'm walking away no matter the deal. Been burnt once before, and actually the biggest pain wasn't the money, it was the wife. Only exception would be a boat off the showroom floor (new).
