This is a fishing related item, but I once read Shaw Grigsby saying that a bass once jumped out of the air and engulfed his buzzbait before it hit the water. I thought that was pretty awesome.

I don't have to worry about that until I turn 15.

I've used a squarebill like a jerkbait, craw like a buzzin' frog, curly tail worm as a jig trailer, buzzbait as a spinnerbait, and many more. It's up to your imagination.

We just had one of these threads about a week ago. Right now I'm stocked up on some homemade jigs that are pretty sweet. No brand of course.

Yup. First fish I caught on fake bait were last year. Didn't know that I was tying on a really good choice for the spring, just one of the few lures I had, and I threw a red lipless. I got crushed.
