Everyone has been lucky this year, I have fished ZERO days due to my illness. I've always had bronchial problems all my life. Last November I got pneumonia and a common cold on top. Doctor and hospital told me it was a rare viral type and have been fighting it all year. Several problems have resulted since. Now the doctors said I have COPD, never smoked and have been on oxygen since. 3 weeks ago they did a lungscope and discovered a growth blocking the airway in my lungs, removed last week and breathing has improved. I record every show dealing with fishing nd seat on the couch with my favorite casting outfit watching them. I'm looking forward to 2017. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Congradulations to Lane and you. I inherited 2 grandchildren through marriage, a boy at 10 and a girl at 7. Took a family outing and went fishing. Got both a special spin cast outfit, Spiderman and Barbie. I helped them bait and cast out. The grandson caught a bluegill immediately and both kids were excited. By the time I helped them get both baits and recasted out they put their outfits down and wanted to go play elsewhere. I have asked them to go fishing every week since then and they refuse. I was hoping to have that bond with them with the greatest hobby of all. They love WWE Raw. LOL

40 yrs ago I was fishing a small pond at night with a large Rebel-R popper and a muskrat hit from underneath. I knew we had large bass in the pond from catch and release. Talking about the drag singing, it was pitch black with the moon shining. I didn't know what I had until it went to the opposite end of pond an came up the bank into another pond. Lost that lure. The same summer I was fishing another pond and a goose kept on chasing our popper. We tried to chase it away but no luck, we gave the goose the pond that day.

I was thinking about buying another helix 9 or 10 with Si/DI but didn't know if the images from both units would interfere with each.. I have a14'tracker topper I use for electric only and use a minnkota power drive on the bow and the minnkota EO on stern. Installed an Lowrance Elite 5x CHIRP on it.

I bought a 185FS with 150 Evinrude a couple of years ago. I want to upgrade my fish finders. On the bow is a Lowrance Mark 5 b/w and the console has a Humminbird Piranha b/w. I bought a Humminbird Helix 9 SI/DI and thought about putting it on the bow but now I'm trying to decide what to put on the console. Do I need SI/DI on both units? Your helpful advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've recently bought both the JM signature rod (7'2" MH} and baitcasting reel(7.1:1) and the JM titanium rod(7'4") and baitcasting reel(7.1:). Both combos feel great. Looking forward to try them out as soon as weather breaks. I've become a hoarder, up to 35 combos. Need to get a hold on my collecting.

Last summer I bought a 14' tracker topper jon boat. I installed a MinnKota PowerDrive with remote control. It worked great . I bought the MinnKota Electric Outboard motor this spring and installed it on the stern. Looking forward to see the results. Still less expensive than buying a gas motor.

Bought 2 last spring from different people on E-bay. Both were 10 BB, one red, the other white. Put 10 LB braid on both reels and put on medium action rods. The red reel on first cast stripped the gears while I was reeling the crank bait in. The white one has done good, fished most of the year, never had caught a large bass on it to see if it will fail me. Won't waste my money on these reels again.

Just bought one for my 14' jon boat, great price. Had enough reward points to get it.

the ad was misleading on the combo, it says your choice of rod but my BPS only had a choice of 61/2' medium or a 7' heavy with \the choice of reel in 7.1 or 6.4. I still bought a combo because of the price.

I'm interested in the MK EO outboard motor in 1/2 hp for my Tracjker Topper 1436 jon boat. We have a lot of lakes designated electric motor only. I already have a MK PowerDrive bow mount TM on it. Is it to new or to late in the season for reviews? Or your opinions Thanks,

Just before this week I had enough BP Rewards to get the Johnny Morris Carbonlite baitcasting reel. I seen the flyer from Cabelas on the Quantum EXO baitcasting reel and bought 2 on the internet. For some reason I thought I needed more reels. Also bought jigs on the Seibert promo. I'm addicted.
