Spider Lake Wisconsin
Sorry for the late report. I won a trip to 4 days at Arcadia Lodge on Spider Lake in Hayward WI. Flew in Minneapolis and drove about 3 hours to the lodge. There were 13 guys there from all over US and the first night we sit around and got to know each other. The lodge was great, full staff and everything we wanted or needed. 8 guys were golfers and the rest were there to fish only. WE had knowledgeable guide who took us fishing for 2 days. We fished for Musky and either casted inline spinners or lures but we caught all the Musky on suckers. Northern Pike have started to populate the lakes and the guides were upset about that. We had 1 to hit a spinner. Our guide caught 4Musky in 2 days and the other boat caught. They practice catch and release . My catches were 32" and 52" and my partner catches were 30" and 40". What a fight we had on our poles. The last time there it was August and fishing was very slow and the guide took me and another guy to a river near and we went Sturgeon fishing.. Caught one 44" long. That was awesome. Looking forward to another trip.

I own 2 boats. A Nitro 185 FS with 150 Evinrude and 55# MK Edge trolling motor. I also have a Tracker Topper 1436 that I'm working on for the no motor lakes here in Ky. I've carpeted the flooring and seats added Skeeter bass boat seats and pedestals and installing a MK PowerDrive 50#TM with a CoPilot.

What Is Everyone's Day Job??
I'm 67 yrs. old been in auto part, import parts and heavy duty truck parts most of my life. I have a college education. Been in retail management and decided I didn't like that work. I've been a purchasing manager for almost 30 yrs. buying heavy duty truck parts. I'm ready to retire but we bought a new house due to the loss of our house in April floods. Looks like I'll be working another 30 yrs. Always wanted to get a job working outside in the conservation area.

Sixgills Baitcasting Reels
Received the *** brand CRIUS casting reel I ordered today. 10 ball bearing, RH, 7.0:1. Made in CHINA. 6/250yd, 8/220, 10/190, and 12/165. Attractive, all black with blue spool, drag, and brake adjustment knob. lightweight 7.2 ozs. I already have several casting rod setups and trying to decide with what rod and line I should use. Any suggestions?
