Lighter pound braid is so thin it will dig in itself and make a real mess of things. I like 30-50lb. braid, which is equivelent to 8-12lb. mono.

HMMM...I don't know about plastic, their website says furniture, cars, and floors. If it's plastic I would try Mr. Clean Magic Erasers before anything else. Magic Erasers are pretty amazing, I wouldn't be suprised if they do it for ya.

That's pretty crazy. For some reason basketball shorts are treble hook magnets, literally everytime I wear basketball shorts fishing, hooks caught in them. I still have a perfect record for not getting hooked past the barb, we'll see how long that lasts.
